I really want to ask him out but don't know how. I'm affraid that (since he goes to church w/me) that all of the guys at my church will laugh at me! And plus first time I had a relationship w/a guy, he told me he loved me when we weren't even going out for three hours! And the the second relationship I had he never talked to me and we really did nothing. In my religion we can't date (like dinner and movies) until we're 16. So what should I do after I ask him out? Should I even ask him out? Help!!!

If you're not 16 yet, I FORBID you to go out on a date. If you're underage, I think the best thing to do is communicate with your mom and dad, ask them to speak with his parents, have the parents talk together and set up a day and time for yall to go out somewhere, chaperoned! I'm sorry, but in my opinion, kids should not be dating. It seems like just making a decision to, or not is stressful enough, leave it to the adults and make it a family-type night. Even if I believed in kids your age dating (which I don't) I'd go the parent route anyway, just makes sense to take the pressure off of yourself to come up with something.
Good Luck

Go up and start talking to him at first. Ask him if he would like to hang out or go out with you sometime. Try it.
