Singles & Dating - 19 November 2006

So I guess by now you know I’m an introverted person and I can’t share my feelings and problems too well. I just hate to make my problems other people’s problems. I went against my nature and tried to show you once and now I’m trying again but for this time I’ve lost hope.

I tried to make this work, I tried so hard and I wanted it to work. I still do, but I guess its time to get my head out of the clouds and realized that it’s just a waste of time. You don’t seem to understand me, and likewise I don’t think I understand you either. I can’t go on like this- it’s too painful for me. I’m flawed- I’m sensitive and distant and there’s only so much inconsideration, lies, and undependability I can take.

These last few days I realized that your feelings for me and my feelings for you are completely different. You are one of my top priorities, but I don’t seem to even qualify as a priority to you. That’s fine, I guess. People have different views of what a good relationship is.

A girl beats you at something you are really good at?? (ie-racing cars) Why or Why Not??
She does gymnastics, lax, races cars, surfs, dances, snowboards, and is rich but not fake so most guys like her til they race her and she beats them.
Why's it such a turn-off to get beat by a 5'1 95lb, 17yr old with a Porsche, lexus, bmw, mistsubishi, toyota, and scion,(all performance enhanced) who happens to be a girl??

I've gotton too close to my female friend.I told her how I felt and we decided it wud be best to remain friends.We are so close that she didn't want to risk the friendship,our special bond.We are now on good terms as before my confession.

Said she can’t imagine me not being in\part of her life-meaning???

Stuff we do is:
Go to dinner\lunch together,drinks in the evening. We go on roadtrips together to the coast\countryside for walks, usually followed by dinner and its just the 2 of us.this happens regularly.We also flirt with each other and we’re in touch practically everyday etc

How do I make sure that we(I) don't get too close to her again???
I don't want to start acting odd or hurt her by a sudden change in behaviour.

Anyone be in a similar position??

What ever happend to having a meaningful relationship? I am a very caring and friendly person. I do not even have to be friends with you but I would still be caring and friendly towards you. Why is it that guys just want to have sex and leave. Where are the guys who want a meaningful relationship? Am I being to caring? How do I tell if I guy is just after sex? My boyfriend is really amazing we havent even been going out for 3 months and hes already given me roses surprised me with a bunch of things and taken me a bunch of places im only 15 so i cant take him anywhere but i really wanna get him something special for christmas. i knwo hes somewhat of a geek hes really into computers x-box stuff like that but i dont know what to get him i wanna uby something for him and i only have a 30 dollars to do it

good idea or not? i saw the home address of a girlfriend of mine from 18 years ago. i'm kind of tempted to contact her to see how she is getting along after all this time and years gone by.

So my boyfriend got an x-box 2 days ago and ever since then I swear he has spent more than 15 hours playing it! I even walked out WITHOUT a shirt on and all he did was pause it and give me a kiss. Then went back to his game.. What the heck... Ok for guys.. I know that this is a new toy for him and so he wants to play with it a lot but when will it wear off so he can pay attention to me? My and my bf have been togther for 4 days and he alredy helf my hand(ok), hugged me(fine), danced with me(still ok) but then he started to make out with my neck(lol) and it made me very uncomfortable. I met a guy and he told me that he was still leaving with his ex girlfriend and that they were still being intimate sometime. The problem is that he told me he wants to leave her and move on. sat no problems, sunday could not get me out fast enough. I found that he was seeing someone on the side, 25 years younger. From his work. I am fit attractive, and in four years with him, never told hm no in the bedroom. He even told family we were broke up, I just wanot told. the minute i moved out, he wanted no contact. Ok I like this guy. He is everything I want in a guy, but he likes my friend who also likes him. Do I give up on it or should I keep pursuing him as a friend in hopes that this thing between them will blow over soon? ok well i like this girl a lot i cant stop thinking about her.
well she likes me too and we talk a lot on the phone, in person, online, w/e.

If anyone remembers,I wrote about my case one,one and a half months ago.(I am 27 years old and I’ve been seeing a girl who is 34...She is divorced,with 2 little kids on her own... when we feel that we missed a place or someone we cry whether it's a friend or someone we love but why? Is it because we are close to them and by giving them a call we may feel they are with us but why do we cry eventhough they are just people we have good relations with and will remain in our memories forever.

im in love with a guy and we have been seeing each other on and off for three years, i really do love him to pieces but it seems everytime we get together people cause trouble for us by spreading rumours around, we both want to be together ( well i think he does ) but its hard to keep the relationship, all these rumours go stright to his ex who hates me and so she tells him he is not allowed to see his kids anymore, i dont want to loose him but at the same time i dont want him to lose his kids, if he goes to court and fights for them he still wont be able to see one of them coz it aint his but he has brought it up since he was born, please help i dont know what to do anymore and i cant see myself beig without him, i love him to much for that, but i cant seem to find a way around it... can anyone help or has anyone been through this before??
