My and my bf have been togther for 4 days and he alredy helf my hand(ok), hugged me(fine), danced with me(still ok) but then he started to make out with my neck(lol) and it made me very uncomfortable. I didnt want to hurt his feeling and tell him to stop but I really think its to soon. What can i do to make him back off a little?

Tell him the truth, if he loves you for who you are then he'll be patient enough to wait for you until you're ready for it.

If you want to move slower then the only thing you can do is to tell him to make it clear. If you want to drop hints by pulling away and then distracting him by holding his hand or hugging him or even pecking him so you dont give him the impression you're not interested. But because he is male you do have a risk of him not picking up on these hints because some men can be very dense and generally good at misreading signs.

A good relationship begins with honesty and communication. Just talk to him and let him know 4 days is okay for some but for you it is too soon. If he cares about you he will totally understand.You are just not ready for the relationship to go to that level let him know.Good Luck.

Tell him to take a cold shoulder and cool his jets.
Stand up for yourself and your body. Remind him that you have enjoyed getting to know him thus far however you would like to slow down and get to know one another better. Affection will come naturally once your feelings for one another progress.
Never be afraid to tell someone "NO" or "STOP" you have the right to respect yourself and if you truly likes you then he will respect your wishes, if not the he is not worth it and you should not allow him the privilege of hanging out with you.

your not ready for a boyfriend you should still be in dating mode. when you start a relationship this means things begin becoming physical. although I am not saying he has a right to touch you if you do not want it but. a couple do touch. your just not ready for a physical relationship go back to dating until your ready

tell him your not ready to have to tell your parents what causes the marks on your neck, my girl lives at home and has layed down the law on this so we don't loose our relationship because of nosy questions,this may be a premature answer to a question not yet fabricated

Sounds like an "iffy" relationship to me. I would try to tell him that you want to move slower and if he doesn't like that idea, then he isn't worth your time.
