I'd like to see MYTH BUSTERS test this one out LOL!!
The received wisdom states that if you don't blink when you sneeze, your eyes will fly out of your head. Thankfully, as is often the case with urban legends, this theory is a load of hooey. Your eyeballs are safe and sound in their sockets.
In reality, a sneeze is simply an involuntary nervous response to nasal irritation. According to this nifty science blog entry, the sneeze impulse affects a variety of body parts, including the abdomen, chest, neck, and face. During a sneeze, the impulses that travel through your face cause your eyelids to blink. This response is entirely automatic. There's nothing you can do about it. Sneezing puts a lot of pressure on your head and respiratory system, so blinking is probably a protective mechanism.
The point is that all of these responses (the abdominal contraction, the sharp burst of air out of your lungs, the general lunging movement) are intertwined. When you sneeze, you can't do one without the other.
---------------------------------
If you did manage to sneeze with your eyes open, would your eyes would pop out of your head? Er, no. As discussed above, some people do manage to sneeze with their eyes open, and they don't go blind from it. Eye sockets are made of bone, they aren't connected to the nasal passages, and there are no muscles behind the eyes that contract when you sneeze, so there's really no mechanism involved in a sneeze that could force your eyes out of their sockets. Even if there were, human eyelids aren't particularly strong, so simply closing your eyes during a sneeze wouldn't be sufficient to keep them in their sockets if a sneeze truly had enough power to dislodge them. (In any case, some people — due to circumstances such as birth defects or injury — do not have eyelids. Were the "eye-popping" rumor true, all of those people would have to spend their lives in constant mortal fear of sneezing.)

Yes, it is a natural reaction that your eyes close for an instant every time you sneeze. Apparently it is impossible to keep them open during a natural sneeze.

that is declared that your eyes can come out contained in the adventure that your eyes are literally not closed. it may have something to do with sinus rigidity, and why persons can squirt fluids out of their eye (air rigidity.) "that is amazingly virtually not conceivable for one to maintain one's eyelids open contained in the course of a sneeze, no matter if some uncommon persons record having little if any difficulty doing so. The reflex of shutting the eyes serves no obtrusive purpose: the nerves serving the eyes and the nostril are heavily perfect, and stimuli to the purely in many cases set off off some reaction contained in the diverse. the most suitable of the eyes may nicely be to guard the tear ducts and blood vessels from bacteria expelled interior the sneeze." -wikipedia

Maybe you can, maybe you can't.
Maybe your eyes will pop out, maybe they won't.
Do you sneeze on dates? Or when alone? Does your girl/boy-friend object to your sneezing?
Then why place this question under "singles and dating"?
Anyway, I needed to pass my time, which I did by answering this question. I also got two points, which I don't care too much about anyway. Thanks for the opportunity.

Yes. When you sneeze it comes out about 100 mph. Your eyes close to keep your eyes from popping out.
