I have been with my boyfriend on and off for three years. We have lived together in the past, but it lead to arguments as he was out of work at the time, and I was a student. Lack of money fuelled the tense situation.

We got back together about a year and a half ago. I live in the family home with my brother and sisters (our mum left it to us whem she died). He lives in the pub where is is a manager.

It just seems as though we have such a childish relationship. We see eachother twice a week if that.

If I go to see him at the pub when he is working I don't get the chance to speak to him as he is so busy. The pub closes at 12am, and I have be be up for work early.

If he has a day off and comes and sees me, he doesn't like to stay as I have to be up early and he would like a lie in.

The moments we spend together are usually in the pub. I get so angry with the situation that I often start arguements. I have spoken to him about it but nothing has been solved

Why is it that whoever you are with, they can never except you for who you are and they bulldoze your brain with their insecurities to the point of thinking you are the mad one..... How is it that I have gone from being ultra confident, lively, full of zest, smiles to this paranoid, doubting my ability, lack of confidence wreck.... What can I do to make me into the person I was? To rebuild my confidence, and self esteem, to be happy within me? Anyone got any suggestions to how to feel good within you again?

Last October I met this guy at my best friends house (my friend's boyfriend at the time cousin). He lives in Michigan, I live in Alabama. However, we hit it off great but he had to leave the next day. We e-mailed each other every so often but left it at that because we stay so far away from each other. About two week ago, he e-mailed me and told me he was sorry for not keeping in contact and gave me his number to call him. I called him yesterday and we talked for hours catching up. He said that he would try to make it down here soon to come and visit so we could get reacquanted. He wants me to go back with him, but I'm not so sure about that. I just got out of a bad relationship and am not about to hop into another one. Should we just remain friends and leave it at that?

Ok...what would you think if, your g/f went to a friends house with 3 of her other girl friends and got drunk but you couldnt be there bc you had something else you had to do....

and there was another guy there but he was there for one of her friends, but since she wasnt really interested in him after she was drunk and so he went to your gf...and left bruises on her bc she didnt want to do anything with him bc she loved you and didnt want that guy....and the day after she told you about it

would you believe that she didnt do anything with him?
would you even have to ask her more than once?
what would you do?
why would you do that?

I was talking to my gf the other day about it, and we thought about trying it but she said it might hurt her. I wonder does it really hurt, will she enjoy it as much as me or is it just a myth that it's pleasurable. I would appreciate feed back from females. Thanx

I pay for 90% of everything in my relationship. We've been together two years and are engaged. When we started dating she was in school and worked 32 hours a week. - Eventually she wanted to move in. Of course I assumed she was going to split the rent with me. It turned ou she did not plan this and it became a big issue. I loved her and thought I could take care of her... two years later she is paying $200 of the $1200 rent and pays for food.... however when we go out I pay 100% of the time.... I buy everything around the house... we've been out of decent eating utensils (down to three forks) and I ended up having to buy these too... the sheets on our bed are old and shrunk - not fitting the mattres... I waited for her to buy these (asking her, she said she couldn't afford it - and that I'd be waiting for a long time). ... I'm SO frustrated... this is daddy's little girl, and she and I are both 31.... ugh!!!.. I don't know what to do.

why are you, men so mysterious at times, if you have sex with a girl for quite sometimes, call her only twice, hold hands in public, never kiss her does it mean you have feelings for her or its all about the sex?

i need to know, i want to know how your mind works when it comes to women and i need honest opinoins, very honest.

I looked at him in class last week and we definitely had a strong eye contact for a second then I looked away. What's up? Is he not interested? I am pretty but do think it's that I'm older? I wonder if the eye contact is just my imagination?

She is uncommited to anything in her life except being uncommited (if that makes sense). We had a "great" relationship for about 3 months, then she started to pull away. She got scared and she says she always does (we have talked about it extensively, I assure you all). So, how do I put it gently but firmly, that if she wants me in her life she needs to commit? This ambiguity is not working for either of us, and we both know it and recognize it, but she seems unwilling to do anything about it.

Last year i was involved in an accident that left me paralysed from the chest down i still have use of my arms but limited hand functions. At first i just didnt want to be alive because its not the life i wanted to lead but then i met a girl who was a relative of a fellow patient. We hit it off right from the start and we fell in love. This made me realise that maybe life wasnt so bad and i accepted it. I had to spend a year in hospital and through this time we planned our life for when i got home and to be honest i cant remember ever being happier even before my accident. But then lightening struck me again in the same year! Two days before i was due out of hospital my girlfriend told me that her feelings had changed she said she loved me but wasnt in love with me anymore! I've been out now for 6 months and she is in love with someone else and i just feel empty inside! And just to make my year i recently found out i cant have kids! It just seems nothing is getting better and i am lost

The guy I'm talking to is so frickin pig headed. Over the most simple things he makes them difficult. For example if I'm busy and can't do something and I try to reschedule with him he'll be wishy washy about it and say we'll play it by ear. Then it will just never be rescheduled. Or we will have something planned and he will wait till the last minute to confirm something. I'm not putting all the blame on him because I will turn around and purposely not be available because he was so wishy washy. He likes everything of convience and on his time and I'm like no way. When we are ACTUALLY together we are good. It is this control thing that makes me feel we won't make it. I feel like for this to work we both have to make some changes but I'm not so sure he thinks anything is wrong. I'm not ready to stop seeing him but I just don't think this is healthy. How can we communicate without annoying each other to death?
