Singles & Dating - 13 November 2006

My ex-boyfriend is attempting to contact me again. We broke up on really bad terms and a lot of drama followed. He tried to ruin my life. Now its been almost a year and I am seeing someone new that I am incredibly happy with. My ex just called me tonight wanting to hang out. Maybe I'm over analyzing. I don't want to be mean to my ex and totally blow him off, but I don't want to be his friend and I don't want to ruin what I have with my new boyfriend. I don't even think there is a line where we could be friends. I'm very confused and I don't know what to do. I would definatly choose my new bf over my ex. I just still have a soft spot for him since we were off and on for 5 years. Any insight? Thanks!

Ok so my aunt won't leave me alone about getting a boyfriend. I am 27 yrs. old and have a 6 yr. old daughter. I enjoy being single and having a guy just as a friend. She keeps jumping on me about being single and trying to find someone to settle down with. What is wrong with just being friends with someone? Why do I have to have a steady boyfriend?

Ok my friend. I'm South Asian (indian) and I've fallen for a Caucasian guy. We're both 15 but I'm not sure how my parents would react to any non Indian no matter how old I am. We're both Christian so It's not a question of religion- but cultural differences. Would he even like me? Do Caucasian guys ever really think of Indian girls like that?

The man I have been seing for 4 months cheated on me last month then had me fired from my job He continues to see the woman he cheated on me with. I see him at least once a week just because the sex is great. I have been asked out to dinner by another man & I told hm this & now he is all upset. He says that it would be over between us if I go. I don't think that is fair for him to ask that of me. To me it has been over the minute he cheated. But I have been talking to someone else I just look at him as a sex buddy. This girl knows I like her, case I told her. And she likes to play fight with me ( were seniors in high school) . When I ignore her she tires to get my attention.... But she always is saying she likes someone else. She wont say she likes me. AND she sends me emails where she'l ask me if I like her, and as soon as I say yes she'll lagth about it. What do u all think about my situation? My boyfriend's Myspace page claims he's single. I don't talk to him everyday cuz every time I call, he's "busy" and when we do talk, it's only a couple of min. at night and that's it. I hardly see him and when we do hang out, all he wants is for me to come over to his house. He sure seems to have a lot of time for his friends. I've been with him on and off for about 2 years. He claims he's busy with school and work. He works as a bagboy at QFC!!! I don't know what to think anymore...when I try to tell him I feel neglected, he doesn't listen or he'll hang up on me!! I'm really bugged out about him claiming he's "single" when he's not.

Ok heres the deal I have no issue with the use. It works just fine. I can get it up over and over again without any difficulty. The problem lies in stamina. It seems like everytime I jump in its only a few minutes then its over. I have tried lots of different things but nothing seems to work. Ive tried the whole switching positions, Ive tried the slowing down and stopping. Ive tried various devices and what not even the numbing cremes and what not but nothing seems to work. Its just the sensation as soon as it begins always seems to be too great and ends it long before we ever really get started. I am totally lost for any new ideas and any help would be greatly appreciated.

me and my bf broke up today because he quotes "my sister and my parents dont think we should be together" but get this we been off and on since the 8th grade. we are now juniors in high school. his sister is in the 11th and told one of my friends she didnt like me because i was skinny and ugly. but i never met her before. i only seen her in the hallways at school and once she asked me "do you go with my brother" she actually said it in a rude way and i relpied yes i do. today i got on the bus and broke down. man what should i do move on or solve this.

p.s. his mom works in the school as a substitute some days

My boyfriend and I broke up a few months ago and I am still not over it. I loved him more than anything in this world, but I guess he just didn't feel the same. He just recently got a new girlfriend and it kills me to think about them together and how he is not with me anymore. He said he cares about me and I will always mean something to him, but he doesn't want to get back together with me. Everyday is so terribly hard. I can't focus on my school work and it is my senior year and really important that I do so. He even sits next to me in one of my classes and lately I have been leaving school early just so I wont have to see him that period.
My parents just got a divorce recently as well and that makes things that much harder.
I have plenty of friends, but when I am with them I don't even have fun. Everything just feels like a waste of time to me.
All I really want is to be happy and not spend everyday crying over my ex boyfriend and ruining what I have going for me.
