Viagra isn't for premature ejaculation morons.
If your question is for real, try to: 1. Masturbate about 30 minutes to an hour prior. 2. Wear a condom (which you need to be doing anyway), 3. relax as best you can. Have your partner pull slightly on the jewels, this can delay orgasm in some men.
You also need to work on a masturbation routine that "trains" you to keep it going longer. Basically you need to stop prior to orgasm, several times a session, for many weeks. Also, you may have the "grip of death" on there, so loosen up.
Finally, if nothing works, you may want to see your doctor or sex therapist. It might just be that you and your partner have to work around the issue.

Try going a few rounds with self-masturbation first, then you should be able to keep yourself from c*ming too soon. You might also want to keep your hands from physically roaming your womans body during intercourse, because I have found that when a man caresses a womans body during intercourse his mind races away and he c*ms a lot sooner than they would have liked. (dated a guy who had the same problem and by not letting him caress me, he lasted a lot longer)
Another thing that may help is to look in her eyes as your making love, because if she hasn't had as orgasm then that should help you hold back knowing she has not been satisfied yet, however when she does finally have an orgasm you will probably have one almost simultaneously. Good Luck

yes, masturbate first. you'll get a little delayed the next time around. also, you're using your brain too much. you're getting TOO into that moment and sensation. try to focus on something else. do it as if you do it all day long. at first. just don't let your brain analyze the signals from below as feeling as incredible as it does.

try a little hand action before you start, come
then jump on
eventualy even aminute man like you has to slow down
the other idea is a few strokes pull out few strokes and gradualy increace you span
you may well now be trained to be quick on the draw and its not phyisical so you will have to untrain your self
or third idea
you pump a bit , then eservicer her oraly , then a bit then service her digitaly , then a bit
(assuming she is multiorgasmic)

It is great u r trying to solve this problem...my ex-suffered from this and it ruined our relationship. I left him though...
Anyway, it's anxiety...u have to calm down with your love...she must be really inticing...let her know those things so that you can work together on this. Just relax...deep breathing ..etc...don't rush into sex...enjoy the other parts of it.
