Ok. Well last night I went to a movie with a friend of mine. We have been talking for awhile. I already know some of his friends and I met his mom and his sister, they both like me. Well anyway, a few weeks ago he told me that he likes me. I was flattered and I said, "Really, that's sweet." I left it at that because I had only known him for about a week. Then he asked me do I like him back. I said sure, but I liked him as a friend and not like I could like a boyfriend. Anyway, he kept asking me do I like him and after awhile it was getting annoying and I began to feel uncomfortable. So I stopped talking to him for about two weeks. Then this past Saturday I went with a friend of mine to a Halloween party( don't want to talk about that, ugh!) and I called him later that night. Then last night we went to a movie. Well at the movies he didn't try and put his arm around me or show me any kind of affection and I wasn't sure why.

At my age (I'm embarrassed to say 34) it is bugging me that I have no sexual history and yet whoever I do start having sex with is bound to have had quite a few partners (honestly, even if she is only 20 or so). I feel it will be a mismatch and I would feel really weird about it, like I'm inadequate or something. I'm really interested in what women have to say about this.

this is so random..but iv been so upset for sooooo long trying to get my man back etc n try and get over him..but like an hour ago, i just realised how much of a nob he really is..i actually think im over him? yikes I think I hate him for all the heartless **** he put me through!lol...is this revelation temporary????? or is that how it works?..lol..thanks..x

Ok, so there is a guy at my work whom i've become quite friendly with in the past month or so. We flirt a bit, just real nice and cute most of the time. He'll always make an effort to talk to me or stop by the lab to chat if he see's i'm not busy. So today (he winked at me when i passed him in the hall) i was dressed as pebbles and he made a comment about it, ya know just teased a bit it a cute way. And i pretended that i actually cared, more so just to keep the conversation going...like i said it's always real flirty and cute. So he says, "Ok i'm sorry, maybe i can make it up to you and buy you lunch sometime...today or tomorrow whatever you want" i was almost speechless i've been waiting for this guy to ask me out for a while now. I didn't get a chance to see him for the rest of the day so i guess i'll have to take initiative tomorrow. I assumed he was asking me out on a date, sort of. Do you think it sounds that way to you? Or just a casual lunch with a coworker?

Hit it off huge. Talked all the time, went out all the time, etc. 2 mos. into it, she starts to shy away, but it seemed like we were getting closer. I wouldn't even ask opinions on this, but we are able to talk pretty openly now (dating 6 mos.) and she told me she has always been like this, that she always shies away from the people she really starts to care for. She is a very honest person, so I don't really have any reason to doubt her. She seems torn now and said as much just tonight. We have told each other many times that we love each other. I believe her and know I mean it. So, is she just trying to let me down easy (her heart wants me, her head doesn't or vice versa) or can she really be telling me the truth, that she loves me but doesn't know if I'm what she wants? I am so confused. It's like she loves me so much she wants to end our relationship, or that's what it seems like.

You know the type, the 6'3" guy with big muscles...gets 'em all day long.

Time for me to start eating a ton, hitting the gym, and going tanning....hopefully it won't matter that I'm 5'9"-5'10"

I gave my number to a guy...I was giving it to his friend (that is a girl) who works with me and he asked for it to and I felt weird. He caught me off guard. Anyway he called the very next day to ask me out and I didn't answer or call him back But then today I accidentally answered!! I thought it was someone else! He wanted to know what I was doing for halloween and I said, "think I am busy but i'll call you later". I said that to get off the phone. Now what do I do? I recently asked my boyfriend if he had slep with another man he refused to awnser the question! I asked him latter if he thougt it was cheating to sleep with a man he said he wouldnt awnser the question! I told him latter i knew he had slept with a man because he didnt deny it I was right! I latter asked him if he was molested as a child he said no! I know sevral of my friends who have sexual contact with men even though they are involved with women! knowing this makes me very parinoied! I am so heartbroken. My love whom I trust and given all my heart and everything to just hurt me like no one has ever before. He kissed another girl--cheated. We were together for 4 years. We were so in love. How could he do this? It has only been a week that we broke up and its so so hard to let go. I mean we were together for 4 years. We are broken up but we cant stop talking to each other still because were are so used to each other's company. He feels guilty and he keeps saying sorry but he doesnt want to be together. But then he calls me and asks to see me but in the end, were still broken up. I said I forgive him and lets give it another try. We all make mistakes. But he doesnt want to be gf and bf. My friends says I need to be stronger and teach him a lesson & stop talking to him for a least a day cuz its only giving me false hope to be together again & its giving him the feeling that I am ok w/it. A man was sentenced to 60 yrs. for horribly sexually abusing a girl he was raising as his daughter from the age 8. Now 12 yrs, she went to to the hospital where she learned she was 8 mos preg. What is it about some men that are driven to commit sexual crimes? I know women do too, but it is mostly men and in the most henious ways. Maybe the men, can answer... is it sexual over drive, a need for power, would more "normal" men do it if ther were no laws against it? As a woman and a mother I am horrified to the point that I am beginning to see men differently.
