Wow. After reading some of the links on dating I am pretty surprised.
I have dated mostly Spanish speaking ladies, but I'm in college now and there is way more to choose from. My parents always have told me they will be happy with whomever I am happy with. I sometimes wonder if my parents are unique, is it because they are mexicans, or are most parents from most races open minded?
Hopefully, some Mexican college guys could answer this one with their personal experience.

First off, I'm not one to just walk up to a girl and start up a conversation. I'm usually quiet and reserved. When I have tried not to be myself, things just go all wrong. I feel like I have a ton to offer. In the past, I have had plenty of girls hit on me and have even dated a couple, but we have nothing in common. The only one I have fallen in love with ended up breaking my heart by cheating on me, then ending it. I treated her the best I could; I gave my all to her. But anyway, what should I do to attract the right person? It seems a crap shoot whether it'll happen. Thank you for any advice; I appreciate it.

I was very flirty with a woman who was our waitress tonight. I had my game face on and quite frankly I am a very humorous fella. She seemed to be liking what I had going on. I was bound and determined to try and talk to her but she left earlier than expected and was on her phone when she left. I guess I figured if there was anything there she would have come over and talked to me after she got off, but at the same time I realize that she probably wanted to get the hell out of there as well. I am so in love with my boyfriend even though he just broke up with me. I need to know what kind of love is it when you love a man so much that even though he is the one that has caused you pain only he can console you and make it better. I am mad, I am hurt, I am sad, and I feel confused, but nothing can make me feel butter but him. Not in a get back together kind of way or not in a sexual kinda of way. I mean make this pain go away by telling me it will be ok kind of way. Let me know that I will be fine or that everything is alright. What I am simply asking is what kind of love is it that even though a person makes you feel everything I feel when it homes to hurt and pain that person is the only person who can make it better even if the out come is the same which is us not being together.

When my ex-boyfriend first dumped me, he use to contact me a lot on msn just to say hi & then that eventually stopped. But now it seems like he only contacts me on msn when he thinks my life is going through changes. Like in September I put, “packing for Western” as my msn quote, & he said hi right away and started to ask me if I was going to Western university. Then a few days ago he contacted me again on msn. I put “applications” as my msn quote and he said hi right away and wanted to see how I was doing. He wanted to know if I was applying for graduate schools since it’s my last year of undergrad. I know this may seem like a stupid question to, but I really wanna know why he is still curious. But even more, I really wanna know why is that my ex only contacts me when he thinks something new is happening in my life? Why can’t he just contact me regularly like before to see how I am? Does he still have feelings for me?

I am a Junior in Highschool and I met this girl on a out of town band trip to the Heart of Kansas Marching Festival in Lawrence Kansas, better known as the home of KU. Yes she does go to my school. She is a grade below me so she is a sophmore. We pretty muched talked and joked and hung out at the mall for the entire weekend,and had fun. Now tommorrow is monday, and i go back to school. Okay... I met a man 3 years ago. He was 36 and I was 21. He drinks a lot. When I met him I drank when I was with him, partying and stuff. I try to leave and he says things to make me feel guilty. Like everything is my fault. I wound up pregnant with our baby. She is 2 now. She was my fault. If I work I am a bad mom because I am not with our daughter. If I stay home I am a bad mother because now I am not providing. Because I can put food on my table I am a state sponge he says. Although the only thing the state provides to our daughter is medical care because neither of us can afford it. Hes yelling at me tonight. After I took him to the store and bank so he could get his stuff done. I tried leaving and 1.5 years later he acted like things were better and pulled me back in. Now 9 months later I am crying for my freedom again. What do I do? Am I wrong? I will be a single parent if I leave, is that bad? Should I stay and wait it out?

Ok, this girl named sharon rode my bus on a trip to Atlanta i wa on. We really hit it off on the bus, which really surprised me considering i usually choke up around girls that hot. So the last day we go to six-flags, and at lunch, she came to sit with me. My first question is does this mean she is interested in a relationship with me? I invited her to go with me and some friends back to the park. As soon as we started to leave, this really annoying kid named Maverick shows up, and starts hiting on her right infront of me. She absolutly disliked it, but tried to be nice to him. I tried everyting i could without coming out and yelling at him to get him to go away, but it didnt work. She had a crappy night, and i feel it was my fault. We hardly ever talk since then, and its been about a month. I really like her, and want to be with her, but how will she react?

Is it okay to be in so much in love with a person that you would marry them then and there if they would ask you? I mean i've never felt that way about anyone before and this girl I see for the first time, I just lose it, its like I know that I want to spend my whole life with her. Is it okay to feel that way? Or is it crazy?
P.S. Its not sexual attraction, she just struck me out of the million girls around me everyday.
Also, what if she doesn't reciprocate my feelings (cause she doesn't (i wrote her a sonnet) and she said she wasn't interested and was interested in someone else) What should I do?
