Im going to move in with my bf for 4 months in a month. I dont live in the same country with him ,so when I move there, I would have to leave my family and friends and pets and everything..last night when we talked , I told him ill probably get homesick,so ill want to come and visit my family now and then. he got all nervous,and said he can not put up with me coming and going all the time,and that it would be too much for him.(like me leaving everything for him,is nothing).and i feel he is using me. when we go out,he makes me pay, when we make love,he just does it,turns his back and goes to sleep,when i told him i wanted to see a movie and since i cant drive,that would he drop me off and pick me up later(since he doesnt like the movie) he said no..and i have found some rather juicy convos of him talking to another girl on msn,saying he wouldnt mind breaking the rules for her(shes got children and a bf).if he cant even do little things for me then should i leave everything for him??

I ended my 6 year relationship with my boyfriend a few months ago. we had our own place and lived together. It was difficult for me to end the relationship but i had to. he was very violent and contolling towards me and i knew that this wasnt right. im just starting to enjoy the single life again. Why is it that i still miss him despite all of what hes done?the thought of him meeting and being with someone else really upsets me. why?there is no way that i would get back with him and i am happy that its over but why do i feel like this?

i met a guy online we met up for few dates and both in simlar suitations after 3rd date he said he thought he was falling for me and found this scary after such a short time i told him i felt the same as him we met twice again and everything was great then got a text to say he was ill and would text when better few days later got another text to say he was felling bit better but having major domestic trouble and his head was in a mess and needed few days to sort it out it has been nearly a week now and have not heard from him do i text him or is this just a way of saying i dont want to see you again

I asked a guy I like very much to the cinema, and he agreed to come - he even seemed happy to be asked. However, yesterday we were arranging a time and day to see the movie and he told me he'd asked another friend to join us. What is this about? Either he doesn't consider it a date, or he does, and is sending me a not-very-subtle hint that he's not interested. Why would a guy who seems otherwise normal invite a third person out with him and a girl who did her best to make it clear that she was asking him out, alone, on a date, with her? Why are men who are otherwise blindingly intelligent so stupid when it comes to relationships? And what can I do now?

My ex and I split up labor day..since then I have gotten, the
nasty phone call, the i miss you call, and then after me leaving
a few message that you need to come and get your stuff...He finally
calls back 2 weeks later acting sweet and nice and basically
saying he has nobody to help him, can I drive his truck down and
bring his bike and then when I get to his place I can pack up all
my things which are still in his drawers...Tell me am I crazy...
the lack of respect is nuts....I don't feel I should have to drive
his truck anywhere..he can take the train to my place, walk the 3
blocks and I will leave the key under the matt...Is it wrong to think
he can bring my stuff, drop it off take his truck and be gone...why
do I need to do this for him..is he trying to get me down there
to get me back..I am not ready to see him...it has not been long
enough, nor do I feel I have to do this for him..I did enough for him
when we were together..HELP!!

This would be like a nightmare situation, if it is true.

I live in Long Beach, Ca (near L.A. area).

I go to California State University of Long Beach.

On there, I see lots of guys are so desparate to just have a girlfriend.

Plus to that, many people are very sensitively protective about losing his girlfriends to the other guys, and you gotta believe me, there is like a tension (I bet you see what I am describing here).

As you know, Long Beach is not a ghetto city at all. In fact, Long Beach is one of the richest cities in California.

I don't understand why this is happening.

Is it because there are more men, but less female?

What do you think?

we were arguing...actually we been arguing mostly now...and i dont like arguing i just go quite because i dont want to meet his anger...he gets so mad of it...i wanna tell him how and what i think without yelling back to him...i want it civil way...but he seems to have a great temper when he gets mad at me...i feel like if either way we would still gonna have a great arguments that will end hurting each other....now he feel that i dont really love him he said i have another man and i **** in him...and throw all my faluts in mistakes in relationship...well all i done was just to be a good gf...i been so honest and faithful to him and i have done nothing wrong against his pride...i am trying to be everything for him but he dont seems to see that...what should i do...i have seen how he can be when he gets mad...its so scary if ever we get married...i want to help him...he say his in a medication of deppression because of our situation...we live half way around the world...

Hello, can you kindly help. Me and my boyfriend have always been loved up... we were so close..but due to my mad habit of throwing tantrums he would get upset with me but never backed away.. Until one week when he was working long hours and had no time to chat on the phone... I would argue he said he'd make it up to me on the weekend. However the Friday I argued so much and told him i didn’t want him...... he had been at work for 24hours and thus did not retaliate he said ok fine its over!!! What I was like NO NO I didn’t mean that. He said sorry no second chance.... what!! So we didn’t chat for like 4days I called n sent txt – no response. I was having heartache thus went to visit him, at his parents Big mistake.. we argued again. now it’s been two weeks and we haven’t spoken... he hasn’t called n nor have I. what should I do???? I really want him back..Our relationship was beautiful!! It’s my birthday on Monday and am hoping he will call then... but if he doesn’t I will brake down!!!

I have been seeing my girlfriend claire for just over 3 months and think the world of her....but i dont think it will work

We have many differences - i live the other side of town and apart from my job i have a lot of spare time - she is busy constantly with college work, coursework, other work, friends and family - i see her only once a week because basically i am at the back of the list, which i dont mind but all things considered, we are very different, although we have never said a harsh word to each other which is a good thing i try so hard to make conversation with her, but she is always tired or stressed out with other pressures.

I told her how i felt the other day which made her start crying - i couldnt bring myself to dump her outright, i would really hate to hurt her because she is a great girl - just not right for me.

Im out of ideas....any thoughs?
