It's not emptiness, just the profound feeling of singularity. No matter how many friends or relatives you have, your feelings and thoughts are just yours, and it's up to you how much you want or you are able to share with others. Don't be sad, it's just the human nature. You are more aware of this than the others and that makes you feel a little bit different. You might try finding somebody on the net you can talk to more open, tell about your worries and deep feelings. Sometimes the fact that you are talking to some complete stranger might help. Don't mind too much what she/he might think about you and don't let anyone judge your sayings. The thought that you won't meet this person on the street and look into his/her eyes might give you courage to speak without the fear of looking ridiculous. But you must know that the feeling of loneliness comes from within yourself, and it's only up to you to do something about it. Either you let it overcome you, or you might try isolate it and then eliminate it.
Good luck!

It is not uncommon what you are feeling. You may see your friends as more successful than you, or they have better and more stable relationships. Let your feelings be known to friends and family. I dont know how old you are but you say you want everything. Let time take its course. I live alone but I dont feel empty inside. I have my job and social life and I take each day as it comes. Hope you find what you are looking for.
