You just do not approach a girl and propose. You have to befriend her first. How? research on her likes and interests and then approach her and talk about these topics to catch her attention. Afterwards, ask for a friendly date then you will both get to know each other more... step by step does it. Learn to crawl before you walk. Don't be in a hurry or you will scare her away. Be patient and allow her to get to know you better. of course, you should put your best foot forward. Then inch your way to her heart through your gentlemanly ways. The rest will fall in naturally.

First of all talk to her and become a good friend of her and try to bring a good impression about u.Then one fine day,may be her birthday propose her for a date. This may also make her happy too.

same thing with me want to propose a boy!
go and talk to her if any of your friend knows her go and interact with her but be sure not with a girl otherwise she can also think that she is your girlfriend or ask her she can give you some papers you want to copy them!then,after you know her very well try to propose her it will take time but i think will be surely sucessful.
