I'm a senior in high school. Now, there's this pretty popular girl that is really nice (and single). She's attractive but she is pretty shy...we have the same set of friends but we have never really held a conversation. We laugh with each other sometimes, say things here and there...but I find it really hard to flirt with her. I flirt with every girl that I know, so this is unusual. She doesn't really initiate conversations and she doesn't have a whole lot of interesting stuff to say. I want to flirt with her some and get her attracted to me (even more) before I ask her to Starbucks or something. So what sort of things can I do to flirt with this shy girl?

why is it that the one thing you will die for is the only thing u cant have?

21 years old, I look like I'm 16. I have nothing but older (30+) men trying to holla and take me out. Here's the situation - I've been dating this guy for about a year and a half. Things were alright while we had seperate places. I experienced medical problems with massive bills and he talked me into moving in with him a few months ago to keep me financial above water. Now I'm miserable. It doesn't feel like I'm his girlfriend/mate, it feels like I'm his mother and/or maid. I've discussed this with him on a couple of occasions and he said he would make a conscious effort to help out, but it just seems to get worse. He is free to come and go as he pleases, but asks me 1000 every time I leave the house. How do I end this easily? I'm really not looking for a huge blow-out, I just want to walk away.

I like my guy friend who I've only really gotten to know over the past about month. We have talked about really personal things and on the phone we were talking about friends and I said something about 10 friends and he said something about not having that many real friends and I asked if I was one of his real friends and he was like "Of course!" which is awesome. We haven't hung out outside of school except at one football game for an hr we had a personal convo outside of the field.
I don't know what to do...a lot of girls like him, he's a huge flirt, and he likes a lot of girls. I like him a lot and I don't mind him being a flirt AT ALL...it's part of who he is, but he 1. doesnt want to break any hearts and 2. said he gets bored w/ girls kinda fast. I guess that's typical for a musician, though, but I know he can be committed and stable. I like him a lot and I don't know what to do, but I WILL NOT ask him out. How can I get him to come to me? I have been going with my boyfriend for 10 years i really love him. but this weekend his brother got married on sunday and him and the girl been dating for 1 year and decide to get married we was doing fine but all of a sudden on sat he wanted to see other people because he say i don't treat him right i wanted to work things out but he want to see other people but i cried and bugged to make him stay but i stop trying because he wanted to go so i let him but now as i sit around the house thinking the reason he broke up with me could be because his brother got married after a year with his girlfriend and he is jealous that we been together 10 years and haven't got married or do u think he found someone else please help???

My co-workers have told me that there's this divorced woman (early 40's, but looks YOUNGER), at the office, who seems to find me attractive.

This statement has also been claimed by the woman's closest female friend.

The problem is: She's OLDER than I am, but looks good.

First, when I used to see her, she used to act like there was nothing going on and greeted me as if she HAD to.
