My co-workers have told me that there's this divorced woman (early 40's, but looks YOUNGER), at the office, who seems to find me attractive.

This statement has also been claimed by the woman's closest female friend.

The problem is: She's OLDER than I am, but looks good.

First, when I used to see her, she used to act like there was nothing going on and greeted me as if she HAD to.

Then, everything changed. She was much MORE friendly, but now I had started to act TOTALLY CARELESS towards her.

NOW: I like her and I have started to think a lot on her, but I just pretend I don’t care about, though curiousity is killing me!

HOWEVER, on Friday I gave her my e-mail address (through a friend and NOT in person), so she would write me. Plus, I wrote her an email, which she hasn't replied, yet.

Also, she saw me today and didn't even say a word to me.

I think I like her, but just don't know how to approach her and, even, to ask her out

Dear u r not mature enough for this woman...
I mean let's just say u get past the pre-lims...
Where would u take her...how would the dating process go??
Can u really hang out w/ your bud-ees & her???
Does she have children your age??
Could u support the relationship financially??
Can u handle her sexually??
What if she tries to act younger once u start to go out?? That can often b a sad sight...
What is someone mistakes her for your mom??
That's a definate "deal breaker"
The reality is....since she did not answer your email, let it go.
If she did respond to your email, that would have been a good sign.
One thing about an older woman is that we do not play games at this stage in life...one bit of advice for u: if u r really interested into her & youv'e got something to offer....be direct tell her you would like to see her outside the office sometime...don't..i repeat don't ....let others know about this until it has had some time to grow....Just do it!

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?
Just remember, take each moment like it will be the last. This I feel will be a good start for you in knowing. Good Luck!!!!!!!

Thats typical she an mature women she probably doesnt want a thing from you, she was having fun with you and now that you made the first move she will and probably has backed off now. It would of never worked out anyway, sorry. Find another maybe around you age.

Dont get attached or lose your heart over this one.

Sounds like she plays games AND like she is only out for sex.

So if your looking for a good time go for it.
The sex should be awesome.

Maybe after you both hook-up you will satisfy your curiosity and wont make the mistake of thinking this is a real "thing".

Have FuN!

Dude, you are acting like you are 13 years old. I don't think you are mature enough to be dating anyone. Stop with the childish mind-games and ask her out. If she's interested, she'll say yes, if not, then move on.

Just because she thinks your attractive , does not mean she wants you. Even i have seen guys that are younger and said
they were attractive , but in no way would i ever date one. And
to get involved in a situation like that where you work , could get
you into trouble.

older women these days like younger men. you will feel uncomfortable but when 2 people like/love eachother age wouldn't matter. age is just a number

no if you get involved with a woman twice your age, most likely she will use you for her benefit then kick you to the curb when she's done.i may be wrong, who knows, act like a real man and ask her

she likes you but is scared what others will say about the age difference, just talk to her face to face! You have to show her you are mature enough to handle what ever comes up.

Check first, if it's true love that means never has any barrier for age
