Singles & Dating - 11 October 2006

I recently started college. One of the guys that is in my religious group has taken to always talking to me when we are at church or activities and even invites himself over all the time. It's to the point where I try to stay away from my room so that I won't have to see him. There is nothin truly wrong with him other than that he is suffocating me. I'm just not attracted to him and he is not picking up on the hints I give him. I just got a note from him on facebook and I'm 95% sure that it implies that he's asking me to homecoming. I don't have a date, but I really don't want to go with him. I don't know what to do... I want him to not just think I'm busy or have another date, but that I'm not interested in him. Period. At the same time, I don't have any reason to be "mean" or anything... I just want to be left alone. I mean, he gave me a CD he made of him playing the piano... It's just getting too uncomfortable. Please help me out right now, 'cause I need to answer him soon!

Okay so heres the thing.... theres this guy i have liked for a year and a half. K? And i dont mean just like, i mean stalk and obsess over as well. Anyways, today he asked someone else out,[and was rejected by the way.] and though im glad she said no im still upset. because, would you be too if out of nowhere the reality that your crush clearly isnt interested hit you? I seriously saw this comming. I really did. I had heard rumors he had a crush on her, but i thought just rumors what do they know? i was wrong. Is this a reason to give up all hopes on him? I dont know. See, he fits all the requirments. What do ya do when he is the one for you, but you so clearly arent the one for him? i am so lost and i need help. and one other thing, i want to love him, but i feel that emotion slowly slipping away from him. I need so much help. Please!

ok, here we go!? there is this guy who is some what of a co-worker here @ the hospital w/ me he is in the construction business and we obviously are doing construction here. When i first meet him, i thought that he was cute, to later find out that he was married and has 2 kids, ( i am 21 and he is 27). For some reason though he always flirts, and always makes comments to me that not just any guy friend would do, its a flirting way. or maybe that is just the way i take it.. Its hard to find someone at my age right now i guess, i just dont know how, i am not a huge lets to go to the bars girl. i work a lot and screwed up hours too. I just want a nice, genuine guy who has a decent job, and that i can have fun with, laugh a little you know!!!!!!!!!!!! please just someone help me out, i hate feelnig like i odnt know what is going on or what to do!!!!!! what would you do if u were in my shoes?

Well, my b/f and I have been together for 6 months now. We moved way too fast. He had just gotten out of a 6 year relationship and I had been engaged a year before him and I met. I was past all my issues, but he left her after not being happy for 2 years and immediately dated me. I know it's too fast. We both know it, but we're trying to work through this. We both do not trust each other!!!! I have my doubts about him and he's got his about me. I know that's normal in a relationship but what can we do to get past this and trust each other!!! i have been involved for a month now with a guy who i was previously just friends with. i always had a sercret crush on him and so when we had sex we decided to enter into a realtionship.
the problem is this he liked another friend of ours and i think he still does, it makes me jealous when he takes time out to be aaround her. what do i do, he says its me he wants but i'm feeling jealous.

My boyfriend, thinks that I lie to him when I say Im with my brother...Just because most of my friends are boys, Im cheating...I just get along easier with boys cause I think girls dont cause nothing but drama....so I dont have time for it....Plus he shouldnt be asking the questions I should...Hes the one that cheated on me six time and got three kids from my ex-best friend...did I mention that he had them while we are going out. what should I do? I'm sorry to rant on about this but I'm really getting sick of it! Every question I look in there is this spam answer that says Love is the answer to everything blah blah blah and then they say go to this site to meet local singles in your area! Ok here is the deal. I have been going out qith this boy,. He looks good and has a great personality. But, my old best friend seemed to have got in da way. She calls him every damn night trying to tell him lies and **** about me. So, now he has been trying to get with this gurl on MySpace. Then I tried to call my own boyfriend. i was thinking of making a mix cd of songs, mostly romantic ones, a few that we have heard together, some that we have not, to give to her. Is this a bad idea? would it seem weird or pointless? i just wanted her to have something to think about me when she is alone. do all the songs have to have special meaning, or cant they just be ones that make me think of her? any advice appreciated, but opinions from girls about how you would feel getting something like this from your boyfriend is the best reply.. thanks

he wants to marry and have a family...i dont beleive in marriage nor do i want any kids, both of those are not for me...basicall that's the only thing tha's keeping us apart..he tells me if i love him i would just do them but i say that love is about comprimise but not submission! i can also say well if he loved me then he owuldnt ask me for that but i dont cause it's childish..thing is i really do care for him...any advice?

I think I'm going to see the gf after work (don't get done until about 10 tonight). I think I want to play around with her a little, too.
