Singles & Dating - 4 October 2006

I went to a party with a guy and we sarted dancing, then we went to sit down but we sat at diferente tables because the party was crowded. In my table I started talking to my uncle and the guy I was with got jealuous (he didn´t know he was my uncle) and went dancing with another girl. Afterwards he told me he had gone dancing with another girl because I had been talking with another guy, my unlce, and when I told him he was my uncle he laughed like he knew he had made a mistake. After the party we sat down to talk and we kissed, but know my friends are telling me he is a player because he took the other girl dancing and I don´t know what to think anymore! What's your advice?

They say they don't like jerks but then they laugh at what they say when they put other people like me down who aren't so popular. Then they go out with them and then get cheated on and then say "where did all the good guys go in the world?"

It just pisses me off when they cry to me about how their jerk boyfriends cheated on them and then they go out with THE EXACT KIND OF GUY AGAIN. And then they ignore me. I can't think of anything more F***ed up.

Note: I am in highschool and if you are 25 and up I am probably not talking about you. If you are under that age I'm probably talking about you.

Just curious if guys that cheat usually seek out girls that are just as good looking as what they have or better. And if their not as good looking why would they want someone not as good. If you already have steak everyday why go for hamburger? And take a chance of losing your steak?

My bf always piss me of and when I call him he will say I don’t want to talk to u right know I will call y late and he will say bye and hung up on me! and when he call me the next day or after a couple hours, I will forget everything and talk to him like nothing happen, and the fact that I get mad at him he doesn’t really care he just ignore me. And what ever I say most the time seems to be wrong to him. Is he controlling me or what?? I my being stupid?? i told my boyfriend that i was going to do it, and he seems ok with it, i'm just hoping it doesn't backfire on me later if he gets jealous. Also, I will set my x straight when i see him, but he made some sort of sexual inuendo that i'm not quite sure of what he meant. I have been is a relationship for over 4 years and I am having some trouble. When we first started going out, he talked trash about me even though we got along so well and we didn't ever have an arguement.I asked him about this and he said he doesn't know why he did it, he was just stupid. Ok, later he cheated on be with 2 of his exes. Again, he said he was just stupid and he was sorry. Another time he wanted to dye my hair blonde b/c he said that it was every mans dream to have a girl with that. I have dark brown hair. There have been so many other things that he has said and done to hurt my feelings. In the last year he hasn't said or done anything. Two years ago he bought me the house of my dreams and bought me a brand new tahoe. I am hurting from the past and I am having trouble forgiving him for all the hurt. He is a good man other than hurting me mentaly. He gets me anything I want, even if it is's a cup of milk. Should I just foregive him and go on with the relationship?

I have fallen in love with a boy ever since i saw him. But i dont think he even noticed me... its sorda hard to do that; i am very out there, with red hair (like funky cherry red) and i like black and pink and im very hyper a lot.

my girlfriend is 18 and I am 24.I met her parents the other and they loved me and all and they even brought up the marriage talk with me and their daughter.My girlfriend and I spoke about it but for some reason I dont think I am ready to get married yet.I mean I would want to get married with her at some point but the way things are right now,we are both in college,dont have a lot of money to get ready for a wedding and build a life together and all the other issues that goes with getting married and settling down.The thing is she wants to get married and now feels like I am stalling and dont wanna get married to her.I dont want her and her folks to feel that I am just scared of commitment and responsibility but they fact of the matter is I want the best for both of us but I think if we get married right now,it will only be a burden on both our lives.Please I need your honest advice.Thanks
