tell her that you really like her and if she feels the same, you want to start a relationship, but if not then tell her you dont want to waste your time anymore and just leave it alone and find someone else.

Ok man listen to me. Just walk up to her and get her away from anyone else and just ask her what she is doing this weekend. Then ask her if she would like to go to dinner and a movie. Thats all you gotta say for a date. Even if she says no or she has a boyfriend make it know that you care for her *that is if you are really interested in her. But dont try to break a relationship if she is in one, she has to choose if she wants to have a relationship with you. If that does not work out dont worry man there are other girls you will meet in your future....

let it be...if she's not interested then move on...she'll either decide to check you out after all, or not...either way you cannot make her like you so might as well focus on meeting someone who IS interested...
