Singles & Dating - 4 October 2006

I'm 16 years old and so is my boyfriend. We've been friends for a little while, gotten really close, and started dating on Friday.

However, his parents have suddenly decided I'm a bad influence... they like me, yet they dissaprove of me as his girlfriend because yesterday he was helping me with homework at school (we have lots of witnesses saying that we really were studying and not making-out) and then they showed up early (right after I had put away my books).... long story short, when he got in the car they apparently accused us of making-out.

I'm definitely not a bad influece... I strive to be a really good person and I've never had somebody think I'm a bad influence before. I know I probably sound like a baby, but it really hurts to automatically be black-listed because of false assumptions.

What should I do to get his parents to trust us, respect us, and let us hang-out with out thinking we're going to be all over eachother?

We've barely even kissed eachother...

There's this guy I've met recently and we've been out three times and fooled around twice. (No sex) Anyway, he finds me interesting because he can't read me and he can't figure me out, so he says. Then he tells me he wants to trust me, but he also says that i'm "so much fun." What am I so much fun? Is it because I play guys or what?

I have known her for a few years and were close friends, best friends. Last October we met in person for the first time. She told me she loved me, but didn't find me attractive cause I am overweight. I am 30 and she is 22. Anyway, the next day she slept with me, it was great sex. For the next 2 weeks we had great sex. She loved me with all her heart she would tell me. 2 months later We got engaged, and I sold my home, and moved closer to her which is about 15 hours from where I lived. Over the last 7 months, she rarely would be intimate or french kiss. Although she will always hug and kiss me (fast kisses on the lips). She tells me all the time that she wants to be with me the rest of her life. I approached her on the not wanting sex ordeal and when she does have sex, she is not into it at all. Call me slightly naive if you will, but I've always been bad at reading people. There's this guy in a couple of my classes who always finds it entertaining to annoy me.

At times he'll say hi to me in class, but then he thinks it's amusing to say it ten times again after he's already said it. Other times he'll sit down next to me and my friends and not say anything.

He's even reached over and attempted to "massage" my shoulder or hand. I find him highly annoying and have told him several times, but my words just seem to fly over his head.

He'll ask my why I don't like him and I'll respond that he annoys me and I'll ask him why he cares. In response, he'll say something along the lines of I'm a nice girl.

I'm pretty sure he likes me, either that or he likes to piss me off with his immaturity.

I mean most of them are not players, they just want to spend alot of time with their g/f's. What is wrong with that? You don't hear guys complaining about women being clingy. Clingy guys love their g/f's, and would do anything for them, so why treat your clingy b/f life dirt, or dump them? I think it's wrong!!!

I like this guy, but he is a family friend, and i don't know if I should tell him how I feel.
