There's this guy friend of mine who keeps asking if i have a bf, he already has a gf though. He also sometimes sends me emails regarding luv and romantic relationships. What does this mean?

It sounds like he just likes the attention you give him. If he asks you that again, say "why do you ask?" Or "I am dating" or something along those lines ... or just simply answer "yes, I do" every time he asks you that. It sounds like he is just a big flirt and likes getting a "rise" out of you.
