Well, I'm not a 20-something, I'm a 30-something and this is an easy question. I like a girl with the self confidence to just come up to me and start talking. Most of all, I like a girl who knows what she wants and how to get it. You girls have these special little ways of letting us guys know you are interested without necessarily coming on like a cheap whore. Things like moving in close enough to let us smell your perfume, flashing a bright smile, a quick glancing bit of eye contact, a gentle touch of the hand (especially on my bicep, chest or abs) is sending all the right signals to a guy while still maintaining your lady like dignity. But the bottom line is, a girl that has the confidence to know what she likes and how to get it can be especially alluring!!!

I don't necessarily agree that guys are mature in their 20s...maybe late (like 29)

Guys like hot girls with a good size breast. Also, they hope that the women would be able to talk comfortably in conversations. Also, guys want shy girls that blush when he is standing next her. Finally, guys like people who like to flirt alot. It makes them feel superior and more lossen up.
