Hey, don't worry. You're just upset that you just got through a break up, it happens to everybody. I'm sad most of the time too and I even have a boyfriend (almost 7/8 months) and I still feel the same as you do. What you should do is try to get your mind on something you like. Try hanging out with your friends and all to get you happy, go see a movie, go skating, have a sleep over or a party, ect. Or just hang around someone that can always make you laugh.

Well I'm going through the same thing. It's natural to feel that way you were together for 3 years that's a long time. Don't think about being lonely cause its going to make it worse. Put your focus on sometihng else that interests you. Hell you see somebody cute ask them out. Dont worry in time youll get better just enjoy life.

I honestly don't think you are sad just because you are alone. You are sad because you miss the guy that you were dating. Get him back and you will feel so much better. You are obviously in love. Love requires a lot of work. You wouldn't be so miserable if you just hated being lonely.

don't become dependent on letting other people dictate your happiness. if you aren't happy w/ yourself, how can you have the self-confidence that others will be happy w/ you. and remember, things happen for a reason even though it may become evident for a long time to come. i should know. i wasn't happy in my marriage, i inititated the divorce and now my ex is getting remarried next month and is happily moving on. and here i sit.... alone. look at this way.... you are now INDEPENDENT. relish in it.... as the song goes... don't worry - be happy... maybe that is contrite but in a way it's true. great things await....don't rush it... you'll see. :) hope this helps.

Join a group or club. There you will meet new people, find a new guy. The mall does not work, everyone is walking by you fast.

Get a hobby, or develop an interest that will help you to fill some of your time and provide a distraction. Develop new friendships.

WHERE ARE YOUR GIRLS???? Having your girlfriends to have a girls night out or a shoulder to cry on is key in recuperating from a break up...you need to hang out with your friends...have fun...and after you do that, you'll realize you can have fun, and be independent on your own.
