They say they don't like jerks but then they laugh at what they say when they put other people like me down who aren't so popular. Then they go out with them and then get cheated on and then say "where did all the good guys go in the world?"
It just pisses me off when they cry to me about how their jerk boyfriends cheated on them and then they go out with THE EXACT KIND OF GUY AGAIN. And then they ignore me. I can't think of anything more F***ed up.
Note: I am in highschool and if you are 25 and up I am probably not talking about you. If you are under that age I'm probably talking about you.

1. Stop listening to them cry over their stupid jerk boyfriends. It's what stupid little high school bihtches do in order to use guys and put them in the friend zone. Tell them to talk to someone who cares.
2. Don't take crap from girls. It makes you a target for being used and abused.
3. Find some girls who have brains and are nice and have some maturity. Yes, they exist, they are like you and say "How come guys keep going for mean, slutty girls who cheat on them, then they come crying to me about it?".
4. I am over 25, but I still remember high school, as senility as has not set in by the age of 26!

Not all girls are like this; why not start noticing those who aren't?
But life will get better. Those in high school are in a really confusing time of life.
Some of those girls will grow up and get a clue. Be patient.
Remember, most of the jerks will get theirs when you all leave high school and all the rules change. (For some it will take longer, but it will come.)
Meantime, try not to stress things. The less interested you are in the whole popularity thing, the less it can harm you. Especially if you stop being interested in the most popular girls. That just helps feed the whole horrid system.

Girls like that really get to me. Sometimes, insecure girls will date a jerk because they feel they don't deserve any better, but most girls don't have an excuse. Jerks pose a challenge, and are usually the a part of the popular crowd--it's all just completely superficial. But hey--I chose a nice guy!

I'd have to agree with you (even if I am over 25) this even happens as far as girls too. Some times they just don't know what a great person is even if there sittan right in front of them, being that shoulder to cry on and go back out with the @$$holes.

Cause girls ARE ****** up!! I don't know why and im a girl myself, i have done this too and i don't know why...I think it is because they are insecure or something, i don't really know. But i realize now what i let go, really stupid actually.I went out with this guy and he was super nice and did anything for me, and i let him go i think it was for that reason, he would do ne thing i asked of him, and there was nothing there after awhile, no adventure, he never disagreed with me, and it got boring although he was an amazing person, i told him we weren't working out!! And he asked the same thing you did, and i didnt have an answer for him, i just said we weren't working out!! and he turned into one of those assholes. Be more agresive, but don't change yourself for anyone, don't let anyone make you change who you are EVER!! Although me and this guy are still friends, i really miss the person he used to be!! Im 33 and it is the same crap as when I was your age. So many people cheat that it is really hard to not have that happen to you. We don't look for jerks, they just end up being jerks for some reason. It is still f*cke up when you are an adult.

In high school, I remember liking boys that seemed unobtainable. Usually, bad boys and jerks.
Something about feeling so good about myself that I could get one of them. They usually do a lot of sweet talking too. Then they dump you, and treat you poorly. It's a bad cycle teenage women go through.
The bright side.... when college hit, I was so ready to find the great guy like you. I finally realized what a great guy was, and learned how to be the right kind of woman to deserve a good guy. So bear with us women, your good guy status will win you points with the ladies soon!

The thing is, their still in HS. Once they get out of HS they'll probably look at you and say "God, why have you been so nice to be when I've been such a *****?!". It just happens. Good luck though! And, not all girls are like that, not even all HS girls!

I don't do that. I actually prefer the not so popular guys because they are usually nicer and are generally better people. I'm in 9th grade, and i know exactly what your talking about........ high school just doesnt make much sense any more.

A friend of mine told me this....girls like jerks cuz then they can complain to their good guy friends about their jerk bfs....
I'm 21...and it appears to me that the good guys i know like b!tchy girls and never go for the girls that are awesome.
