I always catch this guy staring at me and when I look at him he doesn't look away. He just holds my gaze. A couple of times he has winked at me, which automatically makes me smile..but he never returns the smile! What's going on? What does this mean?

This guy really likes you, he winks at you but never returns a smile because he wants you to feel that he is not interested when deep down he wants you. Try talking to him maybe a friendship will develop between you 2

some guys aren't smilers, that can be a good thing for you, he isn't trying to entice you with a fake smile. I don't smile a lot either. it's a bad habit to not be a smiler, but I feel like a car salesman when I do. but I always enjoy a nice smile from females so I have started changing my attitude about smiling. maybe he will too someday.

In my opinion he likes you ,but he hes either afraid to smile back or not a person who likes to smile . I never smile back when a female smiles at me. It sounds like he likes you . Go talk to him if your interested and maybe things will work out between you and him. Some people smile and others dont.

Well sounds like he likes you but I'm not sure, there's different possiblities one he's playing hard to get, two he's just being friendly, or three he's a spycho u better off just saying hi and going from there like be his friend for a couple weeks or something and then ask him out.

He likes you. Talk to him and be direct. See how open and honest he is. He should be very direct and happy to go out with you. If he is evasive, withdrawn, makes excuses, or gives you any reason why there are only certain times and places when he can meet you, he's hiding something very big (another girl, he's a creepy murderer, etc.)

Just walk up to him and start a conversation. He likes you but trying to keep it low. If you think his good, go ahead make friend.

That sounds kind of weird. My crush glanecs at me but when I like at him 1 second past and then he looks away.
That's really weird.It is also kind of scary.
