My bf and I have been dating for four months now. Our relationship has been rocky for the last two. We have endured a pregnancy (which I have since terminated) and an ex-gf that has recently made it known that she wants to get back together with him. I know that I am not the easiest person to get along with. I am an emotionally/verbally abusive person and he has bore the brunt of it: name calling, yelling, hanging up the phone on him, cursing at him etc... He delivered an ultimatum yesterday: Either change or we're through. He is a great guy and has stuck with me through it all. The problems is that I have been hurt so many times in past relationships and I am extremely afraid of getting hurt again. I feel as though I am intentionally sabotaging the relationship through my actions. I've even told him that he is free to return to his ex-gf but he refuses. He keeps saying that he wants to be with me but only on one condition: my behavior has to change. He has even suggested we seek counseling. Could someone please provide me with advice in dealing with baggage from past relationships?

I have been seeing this guy for a while now, when we are together he acts like he is my boyfriend even though we are more than just friends. About two weeks ago I ask him what was the deal between us. I also told him how i felt about him. He blew me off as usual when I ask him deep questions. He never answered my question but he calls me once a day for like 5 minutes. I rarely see him and I feel a distance between us. Do you think he is married or have a girlfriend and does not want to commit or does he have serious issues opening up to me. He used to be so sweet to me, now it seems like he really isnt intrerested. What do you think. Please keep it real!!!! Thanks!

Okay I'm a dad and its fathers day. I am dating a very nice woman and I am in love with her. That last time I heard from her was last night when she left me this awesome message on my cell phone, it made my night. Then today I haven't heard a word. It's fathers day shouldn't she at least call me and wish me a happy fathers day? I know that her fahter left her when she was 5 years old. Maybe today is just to painful for her. my girl and i have been together for 6 yrs and she told me she was ready for marriage and i was over joyed. but i told her that she needed to get her own place for 6 mos. to learn some responsibility and to understand what it's like to be on your own. that way she will appeciated life a lot more. she has never lived on her own. she never even bought a car on her own .she is 25 years old. i cook and clean and take care of our son all of the time-alone. and i'm the bread winner. I never get so much as a thank you. if i don't cook or clean she just asks why? i told her she didn't appreciate a man like me and if she was on her own she would have to do all this **** BY HERSELF!!!. i told her that i still love her but life can teach her lessons that i can't. i told her i still want to be a couple & i would be there for her. but since she's had her own place she won't half talk to me and plays games with me seeing my son!! i didn't intend for this to become a game only a learning experience
