cause i dont like to date within my race; black...i get people saying..."what about the brothas"....and "u a sell out"......ok, i KNOW thats im black, but the physical attraction just isnt there for me....i think black guys are cute and all, but i just dont see myself dating one...

No, you are not racist. I'm white and I used to not like to date white guys. That doesn't mean I don't like the white race. People can think whatever they want of you. You don't like dating black guys and thats your business.

well, I'm white and ive never dated a black girl. But maybe it's not the color of their skin that is stopping you. Im pretty sure yu dont hate black people, you just havent found a black guy that you've wanted to date. There may be a time when you meet a perfect ebony dream, or you might be stuck with white guys, dont worry about their color, look at the man inside.

I prefer brunettes. That is just my preference. As long as the bias is due to a particular physical attraction, then I don't see how it could be racism. I have dated white, Asian, Mexican, and one black girl, and the one thing they all had in common was dark hair. That is physical attraction, not a dislike of blondes, so if you aren't attracted to black men, then do what makes you happy. It is your life, not someone else's political statement.

You're not a racist for not dating within ur race. You're a racist when you hate other racial groups. Just because you don't date within your race doesn't make your racist. I know a lot of people who don't date within their race and that doesn't mean they're racist against their own race. People have different tastes and it's okay.

NO! you date whoever you want. you shouldnt limit yourself to just one race. i'm like that too. i dont like to date within my race i just dont think the guys are cute. for some reason i have an attraction to white boys..anyway, just tell the people: "everyone has a different taste, just b/c you like black guys doesnt mean i do too!"

Its just that you prefer another race. Its like some girls like guys with blonde hair, rather than brown hair. I don't believe you are racist. Racist is hating someone because of their race, and you don't seem to hate black people so I'd say no.

I feel the same way about my ppl. I'm Hispanic and prefer Black guys. We are not racists. It just makes it more beautiful that we are making the world a mixed cultural variety :) Come here and I'll introduce you to a bunch of Hispanic guys... if you're into them
