Wait until you're really ready and serious about it. This is a truth all women with a weight problem eventually realize.....when you go on a diet and say you lose 15 lbs, what happens is when you go off the diet you gain the 15 lbs back and an extra 10 because you've messed up your metabolism. If you keep doing that pretty soon you're obese. It's how the mechanics of the body works. Don't go on a diet, do a life style change, something you will stick with for the rest of your life. Suggestion....only go to fast food places 2x a week, no 2nd helpings, no fried foods during the week, eat popcorn when you're watching TV. Do a little at a time and you'll be surprised and you'll keep the weight off. Been there, done that so I know. Good luck.

Well, you have to feel like you want to for it to work. All you need is a balanced diet with no junk food or processed foods and do at least 1 cardiovascular activity like jogging or walking for at least 30 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week. After 6 weeks, you will see real results. However, the tough part is making it the six weeks. You just have to be mentally tough and envision the end result when you begin to feel like not doing it. Good luck.

Go take a walk.

This will increase your endorphins. They are brain chemicals that will help you feel more motivated.

Just get rid of all the junk foods in your home. Limit your food preparation and methods to those which are beneficial to your goals.

Plan on going for a walk each day. This is the way to get started and increase your motivation.
