that's caused by sexual deprivation for too long after sexual fulfillment. He couldnt possible have it all the time, since it is about a 1-2 day experience after not having been sexually fulfilled for a while, and it doesnt come back untill a while after you have orgasmed again. Tell him to suck it up and let it pass and it wont come back until after he has another orgasm and then doesnt have one for a while. If he cant handle the pain, tell him to masturbate. And tell him to stop complaining, because even tho it seriosly hurts, noone wants to hear about it.
