Good grooming and health, intelligence, be interested in the things that interest them, learn to dance well, ask them to go dancing with you. Good eye contact, not staring, but good and appropriate eye contact. Learn to speak well and practice your manners so that they come naturally.

You could try winning the lotto, as money is a great attraction to anyone.. but you want someone, I'm presuming, to love you for you, not for your money:
Therefore, just be yourself, be happy, confident (not arrogant), and have a sense of humour...
Show more interest in talking about your prospective partner, than talking about yourself..as they are more interested in hearing about themselves than about you to start!!!
DON'T pretend to be something, or someone you are not.. this is easily seen through and only makes you fake..to coin a Fraze..Keep it real... Good luck!!!

Be yourself, be confident, and getting her to laugh will get you in good, but don't be a push over. The best advice I ever heard, was recently spoken in a movie, "Be the Flame, not the Moth"
Laughter though, I think is key. It is sexy. Especially when no offence is directed or taken, just enjoy yourself and she will feel comfortable and safe.
I was with a woman who would man bash, while making love. It was one of the funniest things I have ever experienced.
If you can't enjoy yourself with the one your with, then....What's the point?

Be honest, be friendly, smile, be clean and tidy in apperance, you dont have to dress expensive, just make an effort.
Have a laugh, be flirty, women love confidence, but not arrogance.
