Has anyone told you to "get a grip" that actually needed one themselves!? Did it piss you off profusely? Why did they tell u to get a grip in the first place?

Ok this happened to my brother but he didn't quite know how to handle it so he asked me. His wife's (of 3yrs) laptop was in the shop so she was using his computer. Later that night as he was messaging me he found a folder on his computer with porn pics of women (mostly girl-girl). Since he and his wife are the only two people who use his computer she obviously put them there. His wife has always been completely straight. He is worried. The thing is his wife always tells my wife their sex life is great and as our wives are best friends I hardly believe she is lying. I told him to just plain talk to his wife but he is afraid that she is going to leave him. What should I do? Should I talk to his wife for him? (I think thats a bad idea.)

I have been with my ptr for 9 months & have lived together for the last 7 mths. My ptr accepted a job that he applied for before we met & the job required he relocate 9 hours away from where we originally lived. Our relationship prior to moving in was great - lots of fun & happy times. Our relationship ended briefly at the beginning of 06 after he moved away but we got back together & I ended up transferring so we could be together. During the last 6 months our relationship has changed (I've lived with a ptr before so understand things change when you start living with a ptr) & my ptr has become argumentative (no matter what I say he always disagrees) & controlling of the $. As I don't have any family/friends here I spend alot of time alone & have lost alot of confidence as my ptr tells me I've changed. I am scared to go spend $ (I work full time and earn great $) or have an opinion. I dont know if I should continue with the relationship or head home cause I feel like it must be me.

I moved to Poland in May and got married in June. I'm Polish, but I have lived in USA my entire life, where as my husband has lived in Poland. I am having the HARDEST time adjusting. I studied in Poland for a semester and I was here for over 5 months last year and I never got homesick except the first week was hard for me to adjust to. The thought of living here forever and being away from my state, family, and friends in USA kills me inside. I have no motivation, I am constantly crying, and I'm afraid of ruining my new marriage. I have tried almost everything what other people advised for homesickness and nothing seems to work, I just end up feeling homesick more. I have friends in the area, it's just not the same. My husband doesn't want to move because he has a wonderful job here, and I have been planning to return to school for dental in usa. What do I do? I can't keep living with this unhappiness and depression, but what do I do when my husband doesn't want to compromise either?

I have been with my partner on and off for 10 years. He has hit me, cheated on me, left me home alone for days on end, etc, etc,.... We split up for two years, 6 wks after i had our daughter and i got myself back, if you know what i mean, (self confidence etc), then we got back together and he has tried really hard to change, i'll give him that, but he found out i went with someone else when we broke up and for 5 wks i suffered violent and mental abuse from him. Now we've split again and i'v become hard towards him again and can easily live without him but he's making me feel guilty because he says he's hurting and i don't even care about him and that i'm a hard faced ***** now and he doesn't know who i am anymore. He keeps saying i'll get whats coming to me because someone will eventually get me back 4 being the way i am now but i'm only like it with him. Should i go back to him and try and be what he wants me to be? and am i a bad person for being so hard faced towards him?

Dear all, I need advice!
My guy lives in California while I am in Italy right now. I am trying to move there, but it will take some time.
I'll be on holidays from Aug. 14 and he's going through a rough time because of its work.
According to you, should I ask him if he'd like me to go there?
Would that sound like an "invasion", due to the fact I know he's really under pression??

iam in love with a guy of my choice the guy also loves me he is working in abroad but he cannot get married to me because of his parents, as his parents does not like me and they want him to get married to the girl of they choice and the guy doesnot want to go against his parents at they old age and he loves his parents but then i loves me too.

And thereby he suggest me to get married to somebody else .

i've got this neighbour that has her "boyfriend" pay for her house and everything.she claims she works, yet i don't think she does. why do women go on about how independant they are, and still only look for guys with money...gives the rest of us a bad name.

He emailed them to me & i know he's still got them stored on his computer.He says he's now destroyed them.These photos were never his & he has stolen them from me when we were together (over 6mths ago) only to bring them to the surface now 2 show that he is a sicko 2day & 2 use them 2 try 2 get me 2 obey his wishes i guess..he now denies that he ever blackmailed me with the photos,saying that "he had only emailed them 2 me because I'd requested him to" which is a complete lie as i want nothing to do with this twisted,violent manipulative & controlling man! I do however want the photos back & he has told me they are destroyed but i don't believe a word he has to say & on top of that he has now shown himself to be a theif! I asked for the origanal pictures which were taken from a place only a sneaky snoop would go find from the private inner sanctuary of my bedroom in my home.Does the law help with this;has anyone been through this & dealt with it succesfully? I need help,I am stressed!
