He emailed them to me & i know he's still got them stored on his computer. He says he's now destroyed them. These photos were never his & he has stolen them from me when we were together (over 6mths ago) only to bring them to the surface now 2 show that he is a sicko 2day & 2 use them 2 try 2 get me 2 obey his wishes i guess..he now denies that he ever blackmailed me with the photos, saying that "he had only emailed them 2 me because I'd requested him to" which is a complete lie as i want nothing to do with this twisted, violent manipulative & controlling man! I do however want the photos back & he has told me they are destroyed but i don't believe a word he has to say & on top of that he has now shown himself to be a theif! I asked for the origanal pictures which were taken from a place only a sneaky snoop would go find from the private inner sanctuary of my bedroom in my home.Does the law help with this;has anyone been through this & dealt with it succesfully? I need help,I am stressed!

as Kari has mentioned that she believes that the ex has as much right to the photos as i do?....i felt i should add that he has no right to any photos of me!!!! EG: Does your ex-boyfriend you date from 2004-2006deserve to have photos of you which were taken in 1999 long before you ever met the guy? How is it that he has the rght to memories which do not include him? I am sorry Kari, but you are the sort of girl who should be with my ex!!!!! You guys would get on like a house on fire,he is under the belief that he has rights, like you seem to think he has rights.......this is a problem! I asked to know my rights Kari,do you want his email to get righteous together?? Thanks for the advice offered, obscure as it was.....

Yes the law does help with these type of matters and as for him trying to blackmail and control you there are laws against this type of thing.he has no right to even send them wether by email or by way of post to prove anything he can be charged with quiet a few offenses and can also be charged with theft. He would be looking at a stiff sentence if he is caught and without your permission to reproduce them on the internet or any other way.i hope that you do something about this as it clearly an outright case of sexual harassment.

Sweety, Yes you can go to the law blackmailing is against the law... He robbed your house and if he puts them on the computer without your written permission that is against the law and he can be in big trouble. Call his bluff and see where his head is at he probably showed them to all his friends already so tell him go ahead send them worldwide. Tell Him you wanted to be a playboy model in the first place.. So go show Hugh Heffner I dont care dont never let noone take control of your situation you take control of what you do..If you are afraid your family might see them contact them first let them know the situation so it wont be a surprise to them. And call his bluff like I said--DO NOT LET THIS MAN HAVE CONTROL OF YOU.... YOU GRAB HIM BY THE NUTS AND PLAY WITH HIS HEAD... I BET YOU ONCE YOU SHOW HIM YOU ARE IN CONTROL HE WILL BACK AWAY... GOOD LUCK SWEETY

You have nothing to worry about. Your face isn't showing in it so you have nothing that identifies you. He will end up in a lot of trouble if he sends it to anyone! Maybe not his friends, but if it were to anyone else then yes! So don't worry. He sounded like a rubbish boyfriend! I would never send my boyfriend nude videos or photos if he doesn't like it then tough. Don't worry about it ok? x

You should stop letting him torture you. As long as he sees that it's such a big deal to you, he's going to keep it up. He has just as much of a right to those photos as you do. Harrassing you is a different story, if you can prove it, file charges.

TELL HIM YOU WILL REPORT TO THE POLICE IF HE IS GOING TO BLACKMAIL YOU THEN HE BETTER BE PREPARED TO GO DOWN WITH YOU. TELL HIM IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS THAT IF HE DOSENT DESTROY/RETURN THE PICS YOU WILL REPORT HIM REMEMBER DONT BOW DOWN TO HIM.

ALSO IF THE PICTURES WERE TAKEN WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE THEN IT IS A CRIME IN ANY COUNTRY

BY THE WAY WHICH COUNTRY ARE YOU IN?
EMAIL ME IF YOU WANT
