I recently moved into a new apartment with my boyfriend. Its very nice, and we are so pleased. It's not in a bad area, it had great amneties, security and so on.

I've been here almost a month and am beginning to be suspicous about my neighbors upstairs. Yesterday my bf and I were getting ready for bed and heard what we thought was loud intercourse. Because it was so loud we decided to listen and giggled for a good 20 minutes until we realized it wasn't sex. It's the children upstairs being loud. But I can't tell if its playing or abuse.

Today the mother came home with her boyfriend and the moment the pulled up all I heard was running upstairs. When they entered the apt it got extremely loud and heard large bangs and screaming. I heard "don't do this to me your my cousin". Someone else just left and I heard the kid cry "yey, they gone" and shut the balcony door.

If it does end up being abuse, do I ask the kids if they are ok and try to get them out... do I report it?

so, does the guy get out of buying any gifts except for your birthday(fi they remember-mine 5 days before christmas) and he does not remember,
we lived together for 16yr, neither of us can remember the day we met just the month(somewhat) and the year.
so we dont have an actual anniversary, so he dont have to get an "actual" anniversary gift? or remember when we met?
he never wanted a license,
I feel we missed out on the "anniversary gift exchanges", what to do now? if anything, its been 16yr.
we dont see his parents--so no in-law problems, and my mom passed away (he never met her)lucky him lol.
and my dad retired to florida, (dont see)
so thinking im missing out on some of the marriage things.?
what about an "anniversary'? gifts? or dont have to remember?

I had this boyfriend for 4yrs. he cheated we broke up.
