she does this all the time. we have many personal accounts on the computer, and use it daily. i was just wondering that since she gave it to him as a gift, doesn't it belong to him now?

she does this all the time. we use this computer daily. there is alot of personal info. on the computer. just wondering if it was a gift, shouldn't it be his. also, we live toghter. he's 35, and i'm 30. just to let everyone know, we're not kids.

If he is an adult and doesn't live with her then you are correct. If he isn't an adult or lives at home then she has the right to punish him how she sees fit.
