Shouldnt it at least half the time be mind blowing and exciting. Sometimes you just want passion, then others you want it hardcore.

I wanted to remark on minders answer. I know what it's like to work all day and deal with kids and cook and clean and take care of everything else. The question is rhetorical. Don't take it personal.

I definitely agree with you that sex should be incredible between people in love but it's not always the case. Before my husband and I were married, we did it everytime we were together... and many times throughout the whole night. But now, he's able to do it only once... and not everyday. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I'd be comfortable skipping a day or two too, coz sometimes I am just so tired after work, but because he wants to have sex, we do it. Only problem I have is, he has always been too fast... ALWAYS. Although he is also concerned with my satisfaction, he isn't open to experimenting with new "angles," "styles," "positions," or "acts" and there's just not enough foreplay either. I've tried talking to him about it, but it's no use, so I have no choice but to pretend getting an "O" but I sure wouldn't mind if he learned a new trick or two to bring more passion and excitement into our sex life. But then, I know that he loves me and I love him, so who's complaining?

Well it does help to make it exciting and passionate. Doing the same thing can be boring. Some people are ok with that and others who are passionate need excitement.

I see what your saying, even if you have feelings for someone you would want to satisfy them, well i would that's how my situation went, i met a girl we've been dealing with each for about 6 months. and at first the sex was boring, I'll give her about 10-15 mins, fu*k it, but now we'll play around and have sex for hours cause i like to see her satisfied

Sometimes you just don't hit the mark. It happens, we are tired, kids, work, you know. But, if it is someone you truly love, it doesn't matter and the next time will be great.
Don't abstain because you think it might be so-so--you could be surprised.

Wait until you have been married 5 years, both work full time, and have small kids. You will just be happy to get some.

i think u both need to discuss the issue and find out what each other likes and dislikes... try to fulfill each others needs and never do anything that makes the other uncomfortable.. if u are mature enough to do the deed u should b mature enough to be able to discuss it...dont b afraid to experiment thats what keeps it fresh and exciting...........
