I want to help my wife acheive orgasm every time we are intimate but I am not sure of the best way to do that and she has problems talking to me about stuff like that cause I am 34 and after 9 years together I should know.

First...everytime you have intercourse might be unrealistic.
Second, Foreplay, foreplay, foreplay. Unless she's good and heated, she'll never 'cook.' Once you think she's ready, tease her 5 minutes more! Seriously....if your real about this, you have to do this.
Second, make mental notes everytime you please her. The positon mostly but even the lighting, time of day and even month are factors.

It is very difficult for some women to climax, but this is normal. You can try several different things, but I think most importaint is the mindset. Relax, enjoy your lover's body, enjoy her enjoying your body, and don't actually TRY for a climax or feel that one is nessicary for her to enjoy herself. One might come or it might not, but it's not the ultimate purpose of sex. It IS more likely to come, however, if she is relaxed and not pushing it too hard. not all women are the same. pay very close attention when you two are intimate. if she doesn't like to say what she wants, listen to her sounds, or if she shivers when you touch her in a certain way. be gentle and go very slow.
