I am helping a friend out while her man is gone. Her son is in 4th grade and has a report about a shrew. Does anyone know about a web site that could help him out? and do you know about a site in general for the mom that could hook her up for future (general) homework? She doesnt know much about the internet. THANKS!!!

We have known these people since we were in middle school, we all have since grown up and married.

We recently were offered their house to rent by the Husband. Turns out, that the wife wants her friends to live in the house instead, after we accepted weeks prior to this! We put in our notice just as they wanted us to, we even had a copy of the lease for review, as well as discussing the deposit.

We feel really hurt and don't know if we can move past this. Is this friendship worth saving or trashing? Are we being too unforgiving? Advice please!

it happened on the computer, but neither one of us saw it coming, i didnt want it to happen, but we started arguing and using vulgar language, amd then she ended it, but i know she didnt want to, i could tell. how do i tell her im sorry for even starting it, and say i want her back, because we were extremely close.

Ok. so i have been friends with this girl for a few years. our relationship has definelty had its ups and downs. i really want us to be friends because we have so much fun and can be really close. however.. i feel like i am putting more into the relationship, and that it means more to me. i hate that because it makes me feel like crap. we will have good periods, but then she will pull away. i tried talking with her about it, and i thought it went really well. she said she doesnt realize it when she pulls away and that i should tell her. now i feel like i am being super watchful. lately she has been pulling away and stuff so i told her, but it doesnt seem to have affected her. i feel like my talking to her did nothing. i call her, but when i ask why she never calls she says she hates to talk on the phone... i dont know what to do. my other best friend is just so great and supportive, that i cant help comparing them. i cant decide if she is just using me.. what should i do?? help

i have a 3 best friends kimmy, tia, and anya. kimmy tia & i have been friend since we were young. Anya just moved from russia. When anya came i became really good friends with her. Sorta, ignored kimmy and tia. They were mad at me for not talking to them as much anymore saying i changed. Then i started hanging out with them, and anya is saying that she has no friends because i don't talk to her anymore, anya is kind of controlling but i still miss talking to her, what do you i do????? How would you feel if your friend lied to you about how she met her boyfriend? I'm going through that right now and I cant stand it. Yeah I will admit that I lied to her about what her boyfriend said to me...but she has lied to me from the beginning and I just cant stand it. Shes my really good friend and I really dont want to lose her and I'm not sure if I want to face her tomrrow in school. how can you tell when someone is "fake"? i get to know people very well then later on i find out there fake..is there a way to figure out sooner that they arent real with you so you dont have to waist your time?

my friend likes me more then a friend, and he said we should hang out like go to the movies and i told him one i cant and two i dont wanna go with him if its just me and him cuz i dont like him in any other way then as friends (i didnt tell him that), i think he might have gotten a little mad. i have the felling he thinks i like his friend which makes him jealous. so her is the thing, should i just tell him straight up i dont like him in any other way then as friends or just dont worry about it? thanks

There is this girl Savana at my school and she is giving me trubles.
Well heres the story i am in 7th grade and so is she, she found out were I live by her walking down my street from school. Well ya see im a shy person and I am never ever mean, people curse at my school and i cant come to even say the word curse. Anyways when the weather is nice she will walk home and stop by my house and ask if she can stay till five o'clock this has gotten soo bad that she has come over every school day!!! And I feel bad for her because alot of people make fun of her but still why mee. the worst part is that all she talks about is Get Ed and Pokemon and I have no idea half the time what she is talking about. I told all my friends who are nice to her but live on the other side of the street and they feel bad for me. But they dont know how I feel. Ok, so I have this guy that I have a crush on, and he's like my friend but not my best friend... The other night he called me to talk... (just to talk) We talked about other cute guys and girls at our school and we really connected...
Well, the next night he asked me to help him ask out this one girl that I absaloutely hate.... Since I like him so much, I said sure...

Apperantly , the girl told him that I hated him , and she made lots of lies about me, and since my crush and her are really close friends he believed her... After I talked to him he still wasn't sure if I was lying or not..

Now I don't know what she said after he asked her out but he's been ignoring me for the past day, but I think she told him to not talk to me... She's a real *****.

Okay. So I made this caricature of us (me, my best friend, her boyfriend, two of our other friends, and my crush). I gave a copy to her and to our two other friends. I brought it with me to church today (Sunday). Our two other friends took their copies of the caricature home with them. My "best friend" on the other hand just left it on the pew! I SO hate HER for that! I mean I worked on that caricature for hours--all I wanted to do was make them laugh! Is that so much to ask?! Or am I just making too big a deal out of this? I mean I feel unappreciated! And to think we were best friends! She never took her copy home! She JUST LEFT IT ON THE PEW!
