friend help URGENT!!!?

i have a 3 best friends kimmy, tia, and anya. kimmy tia & i have been friend since we were young. Anya just moved from russia. When anya came i became really good friends with her. Sorta, ignored kimmy and tia. They were mad at me for not talking to them as much anymore saying i changed. Then i started hanging out with them, and anya is saying that she has no friends because i don't talk to her anymore, anya is kind of controlling but i still miss talking to her, what do you i do????? P.S.- Tia and Kimmy DONT get along at all!!!!!!!

also, anya thinks that friends spend all the time with each other, i explained thats not how it works but she got mad

Ok this sounds like me and my friends except im either kimmy or tia! I know this sounds pretty rough but you need to choose one or the others will leave! Think about it Kimmy and Tia have been your bfs forever and Anya just became one! Choosing one doesnt mean ditching the others.. or else sit all of them down and talk to them and tell them what they are putting you through tell them Anya is new and doesnt have friends while they do!

well this is tuff isn't? ok, so Kimmy and Tia don't get along...do they get along with Anya? If one of then gets along with her let's just say...Kimmy does. Kimmy you and Anya can all hang out together and then you can also hang out with Tia later. Or if Tia is the one who likes Anya then you can go that route. Other than that, just talk to them and make sure you finish telling your whole story before they start talking! And just see how they react and try to slove your problem that way!

try hanging out with tia and anya sometimes and kimmy and anya sometimes
tell them that ur allowed to have more than one friend
BUT DONT JUST IGNORE THEM, SHOW THEM U CARE DO SOMETHING OUT OF SCHOOL THATS FUN. spend time with themmmmm
