I was wondering, is it okay to ask someone to dance with you at a dance if you dont really know the person, but i talk to his friend.. i kinda want to take a risk at my dance and ask him.. all my friends have volunteered to go up to him and stuff.. sorry this is random, im just curious

opurtunities only knock once, or few times a month if ur lucky. go 4 it, not everything can be avoided, but make sure u have a back up plan if u get scarred last minute and u've already made eye contact and he knows ur gonna talk to him.

If I were you, I would definitely ask that person to dance.. It's like when you go clubbing; most of the times you dont even know the name of the person that you are dancing with, so why not??? Take your chances...Life is all about taking risks and making choices.

Yeah, go for it. It's not that big of a deal. Its really good that you look around. Don't be afraid. I've danced with guys that I had no idea who they were. You are further ahead then me if you know his friend.
