Friends - March 2007

I had a friend a few years ago. We made some mistakes by saying things to each other, but I actually feel somewhat guilty about the things I said. Because of those mistakes, our friendship ended. I know he's probably over what happened, but I have always hated what I said to him. Should I contact him and apologize for my actions? I just hate knowing that I did things to end a nice relationship. I don't care if we don't become friends again, I just hate having this chip over my shoulder.

i have a friend who lies about everything we play runescape

How is the best way to find people online through the white pages that is free? Is there a way to find an archive about schools or newspapers that may have info about that person? I'm just trying to find out because a family I was close to had a son die a few years ago that I used to hang out with and was always afraid to say I was sorry about their loss. Now I'm getting the guts to do it. Could this be a dumb idea?

A friend is simply someone we get along with and like being around, and trust. There is NO harm in having much younger friends, or much older. Those who limit themselves to age miss so much of the world. A relationship is one thing, a friendship another. The age differences, with the walks of life these friends have had, may be very helpful to us, in any circumstance. I have many friends both much younger and older, being 18, I have thirteen year old friends to 30+ year old friends, and anywhere in between. My uncle is 50ish, and he is one of my most trusted friends, granted he has relation on his side, but a valuable friend none the less. Why do some consider this age difference bad?

I had a problem b4, then i thought it was solved, but now its worse. My friends r lying to 2 me and not including me in anything. They're always keeping secrets from me and probably talking about me behind their backs. I have other friends in my school but I go 2 a private school where people come from all over so the others live kinda far. My 1 friend is beginning 2 be egotistical and whatever he says goes. My other friends r being 2-faced. They tried 2 make me change myself, like (example) they want me 2 stop drinking at parties (i'm not an alcoholic or anything. I go 2 parties once in a while) because according 2 them "people dont like me." So this weekend was St. Pattys Day and I wanted 2 do something. They all said they werent doing anything and when I was on the phone with 1 of them, he said he was home but it sounded as if he was in a crowd. Now I knew he lied 2 me. In my school, I dont have 2 many close friends, just chill friends. What should I say 2 them cuz i feel alone?

ok so have this friend and we have been besties for like 2 years. not to long. but we keep getting in fight all of the sudden and everytime she blames it on me telling me i need to be the bigger person like it is all my fault that i should come crawling back every time we have a fite. well i dont think i need to, i mean i need my space. and she comes over every single day so maybe we have had enough of each other. she just walks in, doesnt evn call. she keeps threatning me saying that she is about to give up on me, which i have heard 1 million times! what to do?

Ok, me and my friend tried out for Annie. Well, she is my best friend and we are really close. I know I suck at singing, and she told me she does too, so I was happy that both of us were really only good at acting so that there wouldn't be that wierd thing inbetween us. Well, at the audition, she refused to sing anything! She cried for 30 minutes infront of my teacher. Then she finally sang and then we left. My teacher is a major sucker for cryers. Well, in the next couple of days, my teacher put up the cast list and of course....it was bad! SHE GOT ANNIE! I don't understand this because she wont even sing infront of her best friend. Well, I got a sucky part, so I'm really mad. Well, school is about to start again (spring break), and it was awkward lat time. She can tell Im mad (everyone else is too!). Well, I just want to know what to do about our friendship becuase I know it wont be as strong becuase she lied 2 me about 4 years and i just need help with what 2 do about our friendship

i know this guy from school that i hung out with a lot over the summer, but he's really emotional, and he gets mad at me over stupid things sometimes and stops talking to me (like girls do). First i just thought he was a little weird, but he's done this a few times over stupid things. Sometimes i dont even know what he's mad about. And then i'll ask him whats wrong and he'll say that he does so much and i dont do anything...

anyway, i think he might be gay because this one girl likes him a lot, and hangs out with him a lot, but he's never made any move or anything, and i've never seen him flirt or anything either.

I was talking to the girl who likes him and she said that she thought he might be gay for me...

I asked him if he was gay and he said no

I'm straight, and it's kind of creepy. what do i do? do you think he's gay?

I it wrong to be mad at your friend if she lied to you bout how she met her boyfriend?? I dont think its right that she would lie to me and all of her other friends.I mean she told me that she met him b/c his dad and her dad worked together...but then on friday night we ooked up her boyfriends profile b/c he had told my other friend that they met through Yahoo!Answers and thats when we found out that she had lied tio us about the whole situation. So I'm just wondering if its wrong to be mad at her?

One of my friends cousin apparently made a death threat to me saying that he will bring his gang to my house to destroy my house. Later on, my friend said "I guess we ain't friends no more cause my stupid cousin". Then he said " so you don't like me no more because my parents don't like you?" Before his cousin made a death threat to me, he told me his parents don't like me and disapprove of me which is unreasonable. He doesn't want to let me in to his house. Since then, my parents found out about this conversation and now made the matter even by not letting my friend into my house. Later on, my friend made a reply to me saying "your parents hate me? tell me honestly and well don't even bother cause I know you are lying because of how my parents feel about you." I'm not the person who made these comments saying I cannot be friends with him. Now he blocked me on AIM. He spoke to me on AIM. What would you do if your friend had this behavior, against you , doesnt want to know the truth?

My friend is a physical therapist and received her first offer for a good position out of state. Sadly, her husband will stay back until he finds something as well. If so, do you keep the jets on and the lights off so visibility is reduced or do you keep the jets off so you can relax and talk and share a glass of wine?

I was thinking of inviting an opposite sex friend over for a hot tub and some wine, but I hate tubbing with my swim suit on. Problem is my little willy floats in the water like it's standing straight up, it's just floating, and without the jets you can see straight through the water!
