I began talking to this girl last summer....we've been best friends ever since....but lately its been different....one of my other friends told me shes been talking about me behind my back....but im not sure if its true....this girl has been there for me for a long time....she supported me during a family tragedy, im one of the first people she tells everything to, but all of the sudden shes seems kind of far away....whats going on??

maybe your other friend is jealous of the relationship of you two so she's making up stories to make her bad in your eyes. but to make sure, try asking your friend if it's true that she'sbeen talking behind your back.

Throw a party - make sure ALL your friends are going to be there - confront this girl about the back biting - if she denies it, grab the other "friends", get all of you together and repeat EXACTLY what you've been told she said. Whomever gets upset the most is the guilty one - of doing the bad deed OR lying about it happening! Girls can be extremely nasty when they get jealous over another girl friend - best not to automatically trust bad stabbing - check it out first b4 accusing anyone.

ok, the last thing you want to do is jump to conclusions..
talk to her, tell her the things you've been hearing all around you.. and maybe she said something but your other friend misinterpreted it, or something else..
so before you make a discision, you have to find out the truth..
sit down and talk, i mean she's done all these things a best friend does and suddenly she starts rumors?
now that isnt right.. so talk to her..
she's your best friend, remember that..
don't let a silly rumor destroy the friendship you've built together.. GOD BLESS!

maybe you should ask her whats going on.... the only person who is going to be able to tell you what is going on with you and her isnt anyone on here.... ask her if everything is ok with her or if she still wants to talk to you... you dont know if she is going through something difficult right now and doesnt want to talk to you or anyone.... give her a call and talk to her
