Set boundaries to guard your heart and self and then stick to them. Otherwise you are open field.

Next time she asks you something, tell her politely that you can't do what she asks. Or, you could try asking her a favor and see if she returns it. Real friends help each other out in a mutual relationship, not a one-way relationship. If she shoots down your favors and requests, this girl is NOT a true friend. But never give up on her until you give her a chance or confront her about it, because what you're giving up could be a good friendship.

Ok...I've been in both positions...the Walked on and the Walker....

It's not that easy to find a balance...

Growing a backbone is hard...

Sometimes you can't just say, "No!!"

But you need to fight for yourself...for your independence....for respect....not necessarily physically...but like a lot of things...you need to be honest with how you feel and do it in a respective matter...

and if she ignores your feelings...try to find some friends that will treat you right...treat you like the good person that you are....

you don't deserve to be treated like crap. no one does.

i had the exact same problem but i was afraid of overreacting. if i tried to talk to her about it, she would kinda blow me off. my advice is, stop letting her. if she is too bossy, just refuse to do wat she says. if she blows u off, find better friends because trust me, they are out there. the same thing happened to me and now i have better friends and she follows me around like a puppy she wants to be my friend again so badly.
