I have this mate, and when were at school she ditches me all the time to hang around with these popular girls and then when she wants to she'll come back to me. I want to still be her mate but i don't no how to tell her it anoys me what do i say?

When I was 15 my mom commited suicide (addiction problems)and my father died in cancer a few months later. Was sent to a foster home by the social services. It was terrible there, they treated me very badly. Left when I was 18, have gotten a job and an apartment now. Feels like I've missed out on a big chunk of teen age life, like fx dating, girlfriends and such. My life feels very hard and extremely lonely.
Am afraid that my experinces have made me into an unlovable who cant fucntion with other people. I suffer from social phobia, trouble trusting other people etc. Is currently on antidepression meds + counselling.
Dunno what my question is, maybe will I always be lonely the rest of my life? Should I be worried, will I never have a family of my own?

Thought Id ask the world for some advice.

ok, my husband has a few best friends, who smack me on the bottom, tell me i'm so sexy and stare at my boobs and make comments right in fron of him and he laughs. I have a guy pal who told me i looked beautiful at my birthday party and my husband punched him in the face and said "How dare you look at my wife that way dude!" Um......why is it ok for his friends...but not mine?

my best friend is 22 and still lives with her parents. like 3 weeks ago she got a boyfriend who is really amazing and they have been going out a lot. well her parents dont like this and are mad at her. they think she needs to spend more time at home with them. its making her really stressed out. she wants to move out but she cant afford to buy her own place. what can i say to her to make her feel better about it?

Ok, a friend of mine is on the lookout for a man, she's just turned 40, it's all she thinks about. I'm married with a daughter. The other day she was running through the latest list of people who were interested in her, I thought one of them sounded okay, she then said, I can't ,he's sooo not my type, I just couldn't ,he looks like Andy. (Andy is my husband). I'm not bothered if she doesn't find my husband attractive, because I do, he's perfect for me. I just don't know why she would say it like that.

i was talking to a friend of mine,he and i just recently reconnected after many years,theres never been anything romantic between us even though he had a huge crush on me.last night we were talking for a while and he kept making comments about whether or not i have other guys in my life and i felt he was trying to get me to say that i want us to be more than just friends because he wouldnt stop asking me if i wanted that.i told him i cant say theset things cuz i have to know him better but what i think is that deep down he wants these things so why wont he tell me that he does?

I'm college sr & grad. in May. I'm a white, 22 yo man. I grew up an army kid (until 10 when my dad walked out on us) & was always around tons of diff. people & cultures.But was NEVER SEEN AS A BAD "DIFFERENT." I want to date interracially(mainly African Americans), but my parents don't agree with it. They are racist, thinking that white m & white f should only date each other,etc (Everyone with their own race). I TOTALLY DISAGREE because I am not attracted by color nor do I stop liking someone/being attracted to someone because she just happens to be of another skin tone. I am heavily attracted to black and latin girls,white girls really don't do much for me. My mom says she don't care really. My stepdad is total opposite. He comments on people negatively who do & we have had arguments about it in the past. The thing is, I still live with them until May, but I wanna start now. What should I do? to not hard on them do choirs wash their clothes fix their own hair at leat two of them. even at church if one of them was called on by the pastor to do something they would know how to do offering, prayer speak user ect. I let my oldest go out usually i take her pick her up that way i know where she is going who she hanging out with, other girls have a aggrement with their parents often take turns watching them. Of course mostly all teens are disrespectful. but when i tell my girls to do something they do it, with expanation. My girls always got my back if some tries to mess with me i would turn around and my girls will be there.

ALL THIS SAID: two friends told me i was hard on my girls yet they are having so much problems with their children so are they jelous or what?

me and my friend have been friends since sixth grade. Every time i try and help her with guys or other crazy cool things, she tells me to shut-up and to go away. like this time at a party she was with other people and i was dancing with the guys and i went and called her because the guys were calling her to dance, she told me to shut-up and she told me that i was liying about the guy calling her. I left her along and went back to dance.
what should i do or tell her?
Should i help her for the next time?
(Both of us are single and i really like if both or one of us have a boyfriend. Sometimes she acts like if she was a older women and she is one year younger then me I don't even act like that sometimes i act like a seventh or eighth year old)

Okay, I have this friend, she's 18. She currently lives with her parents and younger sister in Puerto Rico. She's dying to come live with me in Florida. She's in school right now getting a certificate in Culinary Arts. My mom informed me that the cafeteria where she works had just opened up and they're looking for chefs. She told me to tell my friend about it.

I was talking to a friend about what a great opportunity it would be for my other friend. He was telling me that she can't go because her father wouldn't let her. I told him that she's 18 and able to make that decision on her own and that it's not his choice, plus, I think he'd allow it considering it's a good paying job.

My question is, is my friend legally able to make the decision to come to FL and take the job on her own, or does her father still have legal standing over the issue?

Just to give you alittle background on the situation, A friend of mine whom mind you showed extreme romantic interest in me for three years, rented out a room to me in his house. Here and there, he would complain about little stuff, such as me washing my clothes after 8 o clock , and me leaving a dish in the sink.Recently, it's gotten worse, after a guy friend called his phone asking for me.He came to my door telling to tell that M&%&@*&..to not call his phone again, so after that point things went for the worse, he complained to me that he doesn't want me to park my car in the driveway, he told me that he doesn't appreicater me walking around his house thinking that he wants me because he doesn't, he left a bag of trash that I put in the trash can on my bedroom door and to top it off, he bangs on my door, and tells me that he wants me out today...and if I'm not he's going to change the locks, and he told me he's going to have me jumped..so how do I handle this.. and why is he so mad

Ok here is the scoop. There are two girls Tenika and Samii. Tenika, Samii and I were all friends til Tenika screwed both Samii and I over BIG TIME. so Sam and I are friends and Tenika is forgoten... And Tenika did **** to me that i could never forgive her for...but we always had fun and im thinking about forgiving her... But Samii says if you ever start being friends with her again I WILL NEVER TALK TO YOU AGAIN!
Tenika told everyone i had a crush one that i liked them...guys and chicks...and humiliated me...and done so much terrible things to me!!!
Samii on the other hand...Is a bossy *****...Like n Gym She tells me(not only me but everyone) what to do and when she wants to move she bump into US and say Get the hell outta my way. she is so Dominant, so controling and i cant stand it...and so much more **** but she is real trustworthy
So do i risk getting screwed over with Tenika and give her another chance.. or stay with Sam the one i trust n get pushed around n deal with her ****.
