I have a very close friend who I have known for many years. I am familiar with his family and they are of me. His brother-in-law just passed away. It was a sudden death. I would like some proper words of sympathy to express to my friends' sister. Again, we know of each other and care for one another through my friend, who is the brother. I sure hope this makes sense. Basically, what words of caring to share to an acquaintance who also holds a special place in ones heart because of a mutual person. ???

There are five of us living together (girls) four of us have known one another since pre-k. So, we're like sisters. And the other girl, we recently took her in as a roommate, she came highly recommoned. She's very clean-which is great, b/c we're all clean freaks. But she has a habbit of walking around nude whenever she's in the house. Personally it doesn't matter me, since the rest of the girls walk around the house half nude anyways...But she's now answering the door wearing just her birthday suit. She's extremely big girl-and the neigbors/roommates/b/fs are complaing. I tried to talk to her but she's the type that plays the race card. What Do I Do?

I was in a 4 and a half year relationship and I still hurt. It seems hard to get over and like I should be over this. She has totally moved on and is with someone else. I still have contact with her to keep her in my 5 year old sons life since they are best friends and it would kill him not to have her in his life.

Its the holidays and everyone seems to be having a good time except me. I dont go out much because people dont contact me and when I try contact them they are usually busy with jobs, girlfriends ect... One of my good friends didnt comment me back twice when I left him messages and I know he was on because he left other people messages... Ive been really bored the past few days and I dont know what to do! And Im also leaving the country soon forever but I havent told any of my friends yet.. How do you get through to people? I've been up late most nights alone it really is annoying...

RACHEL HUGHES. i don't know if thats how you spell the name. but i live in southern orange county, in laguna beach, and i was just wondering if it sounded familiar. my friends from my cheer gym say that shes really nice, and everybody talks about her at their school i guess. they go to a middle school.

I have a friend that has recently confessed to me that she has slept with another friend's husband. I have tried to counsel her on why it is wrong-she seems to delight in what she's done and feels little remorse. I am reconsidering her as a friend, as I considered that to be unforgivable and dishonest behavior. How would you deal?

She doesn't like me because she says she has a feeling I'm gonna hurt Lizzy, my BFF, and I dont know how I could do that because she is like my BFF for life. Her mom also won't let Lizzy come over to my house and she wont let me come over to their house, this has been going on since the last time I was at their house. And I didn't do anything wrong the last time I was there. Lizzy gets grounded everytime she sticks up for me in a fight. I really don't know what do and I don't want to be too mean to her mom. And oh yea, I can't talk to her because I can't go over to house.

Ok I have one bff, T, who I've known since last year, and I have another bff, C, who I just met this year. And they don't like eachother at all! So C kept slamming her books on the table repeatedly at lunch annoying EVERYONE at the table *whcih was like 8 or 9 kids* and they all moved away from me. Now C told me that she had a class to go to and that she wasn't eating lunch that day. So I moved to the other table with everyone else, and then today C said she's not my friend anymore cuz she actually lied to me, she was really coming back to lunch instead of going to another class. And so when I moved back with my other friends, C said that she came back to lunch and saw me sitting over there and today said that betraded her. Are u on my side or C's side? Sry if this sounds a little bit confusing =]

I RSVP'd "no" to my friend's evite for her New Years Party. She lives 200 miles away. She didn't say that she felt that I owed her an explanation until something else made her upset with me. This is the something else: I forgot that her mother's friend asked for a place to rent back in Sept or Oct and ended up renting to someone else yesterday after having this vacancy for a couple of weeks. She feels that we owe each other explanations, I feel she should communicate her concerns before little things snowball. We went round and round on me asking her to accept/forgive and how she feels that I made an excuse and I could have ridden with some of her family who live near me that plan to go and I would not have to incur any expense of my own. I feel that people should not go places if they can't pull their own weight or expect handouts from others. She was offended because she considers me family. She says she learned her lesson about me. Her side has similar title on "Answers"

I'm so sick of guys not taking women seriously. It's like as soon as you get attached, they break your heart. As if nothing ever happened. It hurts so bad, when the person you care about, just walks out your life... and doesn't even bother how you feel. It makes you wonder, if you'll ever find someone you can LOVE. Just thinking about it gives me a head-ache. Hopefully one day things wll change. What do you think?

ok i have a friend and she told me that she wasnt actually eating lunch and breakfast. she says shes hungry but she doesnt eat because she thinks shes fat. when i tried to pursue the matter on AIM, she sighned off. im really worried about her because she isnt fat and anyway because we are going through puberty almost everyone in our grade is a little fat. what do i do to help her get over this? she says shes not starving herself and she doesnt think shes anorexic but im still worried. what do i do?
