I have a friend that has recently confessed to me that she has slept with another friend's husband. I have tried to counsel her on why it is wrong-she seems to delight in what she's done and feels little remorse. I am reconsidering her as a friend, as I considered that to be unforgivable and dishonest behavior. How would you deal?

She lives several hundred miles away-so her friend is NOT my friend.

I would deeply consider being her friend to because if she did that to your other friend who's to know she won't do the same to you. With her having little remorse shows you that shes not a nice person and someone you probably do not want to be friends with.

I'd feel just like you do. It's bad enough that she would sleep with ANYONE'S husband, but this was a friend of yours....and A) she didn't have the sense to know, or care that it might upset you, and B) she still has no idea why this wouldn't be just as large a conquest for you, as it is for her. She's shallow and you're not. I'd slowly step away from that friendship, I think. If she'd do something that low to a friend, who knows what else she's capable of? She's obviously more a friend to herself than she is to anyone else.

That's a tough call. It all depends on how accepting you want to be as a friend. I think that her actions were dispicable, but I cannot expect other people to act in certain ways just because I do or have certain beliefs just because I have them...and neither can you. Having said that, it is obvious that she does not have respect for her friends or their relationships. You have to decide if you can really trust her in the event that she is alone with your boyfriend/husband.

I would tell her that she has two weeks to come clean. Meaning she can talk to the guy and figure out how they want to tell his wife. I am a firm believer that women should stick behind women. If I didn't let my friend know what was up I would feel regretful for the rest of my life.

Ever hear the expression: "If they'll do it with you, they'll do it to you..."

Basically, if you're hanging out with dishonest people, do not be surprised when they do something dishonest TO you. I would drop her fast!

DROP her skanky A$$.....ok sorry....but it's true...if she will screw one friend over she will screw you over to. I have been in a situation like this before...I actually told the friend whos husband the skank slept with.

It depends. I think you should tell your friend that her husband cheated on her w/ her friend...if that makes sense.
