Dude, they must be so loud that you've lost your ability to form a question properly!
Now, what I believe you are asking is this
What can I do to avoid my loud little brothers and sisters who are keeping me from doing my homework?
Have you talked to your parents about the situation? I'm sure they realise your homework is important to your grades and should be able to provide you with a quite place to do your homework.
If not then I suggest you remove yourself to your room, hopefully you can lock the door. Is there are friend or neighbor where you can do your homework at?

Tell your mom and dad that you will be going to the library after school to do your homework so you can concentrate.
