I'm so sick of guys not taking women seriously. It's like as soon as you get attached, they break your heart. As if nothing ever happened. It hurts so bad, when the person you care about, just walks out your life... and doesn't even bother how you feel. It makes you wonder, if you'll ever find someone you can LOVE. Just thinking about it gives me a head-ache. Hopefully one day things wll change. What do you think?

You must merely grasp ahold of the fact that men are odd, just like you.
If one does not find a relationship working, it is not his/her fault.
Their interests are just different.
Things change.

I'm guessing that your desire for a meaningful relationship is quite strong. So, you're not doing a good job on the selection process. You find a likely candidate attach very quickly and move in for the committment. You need more prospects and need to date casually more. This will help you to tell the difference between true compatibility and just someone that is breathing. Your statement was "Hopefully one day things will change." My answer is: NOT until YOU change. Times have changed sooo much!! These days most women probably will never experience the true love that they deserve because of these sorry men.. There are some good ones out there but its tiring and aggrivating trying to find them.

I'm right there with you! I've been married twice - first was for 14 years, second was for 5. They both broke my heart initially, but I got over it. I'm single now, and loving it. I'm not going out of my way to meet guys (do the math... I'm not a spring chicken). Try to live your own life - don't worry about finding love - love will find you!!

oh i totally understand. but when stuff like this happens to me all i do is plug in my headphones and blast it. after that i try to think about what i should do with the situation. i recommend switch-foot for a song choice. especially the nothing is sound and the beautiful letdown album. always works for me.
