ok if you call a guy and he picks and very quickly says i'll call you back what does that mean
what if it happens a lot?

it means he isn't to in mood to talk to you.

he could simply mean that!! Or he could be telling you that he is rather busy and now is not a good time. Perhaps you are a person that calls alot he may simply not want to deal with you. Look at your calling record are you annoying someone with the amount that you call?

it cause there busy and they call you back.and maybe they just don't want to talk .I do that alot but its cause am busy .but what I do is call and ask them are you busy.if they say yes OK call me back. don't take it worry in life everyone busy or doing something dishes cooking running after kids and the husband yelling dinner not ready.and then the (PHONE) and someone at the door

That means he doesn't appreciate you talking to him. But if it happens a-lot then stop calling him.
