You have no chance unless you know her surname, her friends or anybody at all who knows her - Orla is quite a common name, and Galway's pretty large. But since you met her at a wedding, you must know someone who knows her - ask them, even for a surname and good luck!!!

Ask people that you know in the wedding whether they have her no/add or whether they know the girl's friends who can pass you her no.
Put on an advert in the newspaper, but i advised you not to do it..you will just looks like a stalker or something..
