We're both 17 and I've know her for 14 years, but lately, especially since she went to a drama college she's completely self obcessed. She talks to me about how brilliant she is compared to others and I don't like it but feel like I should agree with her to keep the peace. Also I feel like this is a front as she sometimes acts like she used to.
She's very fake and wears very deep tan, dyes her hair and will never be without alot of make-up which I see as a mask. I'm friends with her younger brother who is so understanding, like she used to be and I'm starting to prefer him! I know this is wrong but I'm king of a goth so I don't understand her chav like behaviour. What can I do to help her be herself?

Recently, my friend has started to smell bad. At first you couldn't notice it until you were up close but now I can smell her odor far away. I don't whats going on. She never used to smell bad before. People are starting to notice and she losing her friends and her confidence. She doesn't seem to know that she smells bad? How can I tell her without her getting mad?

to her boss as I would normally be (I've not met the boss before) because the boss ticked my friend off. I wasn't sure what that had to do with me. When I asked my friend why, she said, "Because you're my friend." I didn't probe because it seemed too weird to involve myself in. But it sounded like my friend (who's almost 60) wanted to "get back" at the boss by telling me not to be overly nice. Is this really childish or what? Am I wrong? Or do friends normally pull this sort of stuff?

Well I have this friend that is a great friend but then again she isn't!! See she has stuck by my side forever. But lately she is being a really big *****!! See my birthday recently passed and I had a few friends over and she was yelling and bossing me around the whole time!! I had a group of friends we split up and grew apart. They are the type to call you when they need something. I stopped talking to them because they don't know how to treat me. I have guy friends but now they are starting to change they all want to pursue more with me. we are all grown it's time to be mature. I have people that i may hang out with once in a blue but i wouldn't call them friends. my boyfriend doesn't treat me good. My family loves me but they are always working or doing things which is great but I only hang out with them. I don't feel that anyone likes me as a friend or person. this is making me really insecure and ashamed of myself . I try to make friends but it just doesnt happen for me. I am starting to wonder am i suppossed to be alone. I have everything a person could want but i have no friends at all no tru ones at least.
