i have a career that pays well, bought my house at 22, have 2 cars already paid for and know how to keep a clean house and well maintained lawn, why aren't the women just stopping at my house and beating down the door?

with all those material things, most girls, i think, are worried about not living up to your standards....you just have to get out there and find one that works for you. take a chance. if you feel that they are only after what you have, then they probably are. just be selective. take care and good luck. i do believe that there is someone out there for everyone. you just have to wait til fate kicks in and proposes that meeting. bide your time.....she will be there before you know it.

Are you doing your part too? You cant expect women just to flock to you because of all your success, you have to try...finding a girlfriend takes time sometimes..

3.Do you flirt
4.Are you always in happy moods at work etc.
5.Do you have females friends

sounds like you almost hv ur life planned.... but i think ur problem is that ur looking to hard.... stop looking....she might be right in front of u ... but ur sooo caught up in trying to find her...ur missing her altogether.... they say when you least expect them to...good things happen...so relax...n go hv some fun with ur friends... forget about finding HER .... n in the midst of having fun...she'll appear out of no where... also...a girl likes to see a guy having fun...n not trying to be too impressive with corny pick-up likes...so just hv fun n ur life is bound to fall into place...
