I have been in a serious relationship for two years now with a man who is wonderful and has been there for me unconditionally.
He has taken on my 6 year old son and I consider him my sons dad even though his biological dad is in his life in a fake kind of way.
I was a single mom for three to four years and was very independednt and naturally put my son first in my life.
My partner and I will get married one day and we both know that we are "the one" for each other. He treats my son so well and I know he loves
me unconditionally. We do have some problems however that I would really like to get figured out as it does cause stress in out relationship.
My partner says that I come across as I treat my son with more importance then him. I will say that this
is probably true. I treat my son in the way that I know I am the only thing he really has in his life as most of his family
do not care and are very phoney. I put almost all of my energy into him.

We met and became friends. I still think of him as a friend, but for some reason he thinks I have feelings for him as a boyfriend-girlfriend type of thing. I don't like to date my friends because its weired. My other friends, mostly guys, told me he was usin me and when asked him that question, wanted to know why. well he had one of his friends to text me and say theat they were married and had a baby together. she just called me and said that they made it up because he thought i liked him like that. None opf my other friends cares for him and they don't really know about this. Can I still trust him even after he did that. i like him as a friend and thats all. Please advise.

I have being married for 7.5 years and my wife told me that she love me but not in love with me. We have 2 kids (5&2) and I don;t want them to grow up in a divorced house. She keeps changing her mind, if she want s to work it out or not. She tells me that she loved me once before that she can love me again? Is this true. She loves me as a companion and a friend but she said that her hart does not love me. She has changed her mind about 1/2 dozen times on what she wants to do and it is breaking my heart in pieces ever time she tells me something different. She are going to true consuling for a year and see where we are every 3 months. Is this going to work, does she want it to work, I don't know. I ask her that question and she tells me that she does not want to loose me and then to find out that it was a mistake and she also said that she is doing it for the kids. A little advice on what I should do. I am depressed on the thought that I will loose her and not to see the kids everyday.

Ok, I need some ideas to do something special for my boyfriend. I have been going through some real tough times with my family and lately havent been the happiest person to be around! My GF of a year does not like to see me more than once or maybe 2 times a week. I have not seen her for two weeks for various reasons. I get to see her for one night this weekend, she said 'friday or saturday...you pick' . I treat her really good and she claims she is always like this with guys. She also claims to be inlove with me. I have found my one and only. I know it I have never ever felt this way and its only been 1 week.
We're together every day and it just feels amazing.
The thing is that last nite we were talking about getting married and he asked me if it would be too soon to ask me to marry him I dont think so (I know I sound crazy) but I really love him. I know that our families wouldn't be too thrilled. So How long should we wait or do we just go with the feelings??

I have been with this man for going on 10 years, we have been through hell and back many times. We still fight from time to time but nowhere near as much as before. We are learning to compromise and conversate more ,........ but now I don't know if I still want to be with him anymore. I feel like it is too much time invested and wasted. I told him he can still be a good father and we no longer have to be together,and we can always be friends but he wants to stay in this relationship that has not lead to marriage in 10 years! my girlfriend of six months broke up with me cause I showed up at her house even though she has told me that she doesn't like it a few times but I was there to surprise her with very nice Gold chain with a Diamond pendent I got for her. While I blasted that song by that really bad band Crazytown? You'd smell like coconut by the end of the night because of the scent dispenser I keep on the dashboard. I'd bring you home before twelve so you'd be in homeroom at 7:30 before the bell rings. Of course you can't tell your parents, who might just decide to go to the Sherrif's Department about a 27-year-old guy making out with you. A--h*les! They tried to pull that on my brother. okay. this is what happened. One day i was out with the girl i like but then her friend came along. shes really cute and doesnt really dress conservative (short skirt, belly low tank top etc). anyways we were drinking last night and the worse happened.
